First, I was thrilled to get a same day appointment! He came 30 minutes into the time frame of 12 to 4. Also the service technician was able to figure out the problem quickly. He had all the parts he needed in the truck. (He even had a new garage door opener if I had needed one, which I'm glad I didn't!) I couldn't be more pleased. Precision Garage Door Service was great. We had a spring break at about 8 am and when I called I was told someone would arrive between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The technician got here just after 10:00 and went over all the items he would check out. We needed a new automatic opener in addition to the spring. He went right to work and completed the job in two hours. He explained all the new equipment and controls. I highly recommend this company for any repairs or replacement items.

HAD SEEN YOUR TV COMMERCIALS AND USED YOUR WEBSITE TO SET UP A REPAIR FOR MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER WHOSE BELT WAS SHREDDED. I was not pleased with the service that I received. When I made the appointment I was told that I would receive an estimate before any work was done. This was not the case. The repair was done (30 seconds to realign the sensors that I couldn't get to line up by myself) and then I was told I owed over $200 for the service fee without being given any sort of estimate first like I was promised. Very displeased. Would not recommend or use again.
