I contacted Precision at 8:30 AM Thursday morning 10/24. My door was inoperable. I spoke to Molly about my situation and she was able to schedule Joel her technician to be at my home late in the same day. What great service by Precision. The tech arrived around 6 pm and by 7 PM Joel repaired my door. There was no service charge. Just paid for parts and labor with a 10% discount. Joel was excellent and very experienced. I could not be better pleased with Precision Garage Door Service and with their Technician Jake. I called just before noon and Jake was on the scene by shortly after 2 the same day. He inspected the situation and presented me with options—the most agreeable to me being replacement. He had all materials necessary on his truck to complete the installation same afternoon. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and a skilled worker who cleaned up his worksite when finished. He showed me how to operate the new system and made completely sure any questions I had were answered before leaving. I would definitely call them again for service, but don’t think I will have to. He was that good!

I called for an estimate and I asked if they can come out today. They came to my house with in 30 min gave me an estimate. The estimate was not in my budget. The technician made some phone calls and was able to bring the price down to where I was able to afford. The job was done with in a couple hours and my garage door works great. The technician was very friendly and went an extra mile to help us out. Best service I have received. Thank you Precision!

Scheduled a visit For a single garage door repair , replace tracks and some hinges . Your employee gave me an estimate of $3,3xx. dollars to repair the problem . A new door install from your company was $1,9xx. dollars . If you have white hair , beware of this company . I am incredulous from the repair estimate . It was enough money to replace two or three doors . I would call this company poor for their estimate . I do not write bad reviews , but this just needs to be seen by prospective customers .

First, I was thrilled to get a same day appointment! He came 30 minutes into the time frame of 12 to 4. Also the service technician was able to figure out the problem quickly. He had all the parts he needed in the truck. (He even had a new garage door opener if I had needed one, which I'm glad I didn't!) I couldn't be more pleased. I called your company previously when the spring broke so I just looked at the sticker on the door when I had this problem and knew the service would be good. Thank you!

I phoned and the guy was here within 2 hours! What other company does that? A few years ago, I phoned them and got the same speedy service. He replaced the required parts immediately--no need to inspect and do a follow up appointment. OK, wasn't cheap but I bet it wasn't out of line with what others would have charged. 28-year-old garage door like brand new again! Thank you, Precision!
