He took time to explain what work needed to be done and why. Then he spent four hours carefully and skillfully installing everything. After he completed the installation he cleaned up everything and left it as he found it. Our garage door opener works very well and we are pleased with it. We are generally pleased with our experience your company, setting up the appointment, your flexibility in rescheduling it, the promptness in arriving, Zion's manner, professionalism, and skill was impressive, but we are left with the sense that we were charged more than we should have been, even with the 10% "discount". Jack Daniel, (yes it's his real name) deserves a shout out. He's the technician from "Precision Door" that repaired my broken garage door. He arrived right on time, was extremely polite and friendly and completed a major repair in a bout 45 mins. Sometimes we should just take the time to stop and reward excellent service.
