My garage door was opening and closing on its own. Camarian came out to evaluate the problem and took some time to fix the problem along with some other things that needed to be fixed. I was very satisfied with his work. He explained everything to me and was very patient. I would highly recommend Camarian and Precision Garage Door Service.

First experience with this company. We had a broken spring and decided to call Precision due to the fact they had a lot of reviews. A technician came out within the hour ( thrilled that they were available so quickly). I felt like he was stalling for time and evading the question of “Can you fix this now so I can get my cars out.” I never got an answer until I stated “If not, then I will move on to the next company.” Eventually, after calling the office, I was able to get the door fixed and working. The technician did a GREAT job. SUGGESTION: Listen and respond to the customers concerns and questions rather than coming back at the customer with a question of your own. Would I recommend then? DEFINITELY.

We appreciate your feedback about communication during the visit, and we’ll use your suggestion to help us do better in responding to customer questions in the future. We're glad to hear the work met your expectations, and thank you for recommending Precision Garage Door Service of Ocala (The Villages).
