Emily reached out within minutes in answer to my online request for a repair quote even though it was already 9pm. She made arrangements for a tech to come the next morning between 8-12. Tony called around 8am to say he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He was on time, professional, and got the broken spring replacement done quickly. He reviewed recommended maintenance with us before leaving. We will confidently recommended Precision Garage Door to others in the community.

Didn't start off well when I called and asked whats the cost to change both my springs on garage door they told me it range from 150 to 350 when the guy came he was quoting us like 750 upwards to change springs after we said ok we will get back to you then since that price wont work we were then called back to say oh we can do it for 450 since the guy was already out to fix the door which we hesitantly accepted but wanted to get the door fix asap .thats not good for your business because now I would not recommend you guys to a friend
