My door came in a week early and was installed the same week. The installers explained the process and answered all my questions. I bought a new door and opener. Everything was replaced. Have 2 remotes, keypad, and online camera to view deliveries from Amazon. And it's so quiet and has back-up batteries for when there are power outages. Wireless key pad.
