After having a bad experience with another door company, we were given a referral by a friend who had used Precision Door before and gave great praise about their work. Now that we too have used them, I can't enough about them. They corrected our problem in a timely manner and within the agreed estimate. This work I wholly owe to the Technician Thomas who was very professional, Knowable and friendly to see work. I fully recommend using Precision first to anyone needing repairs don't make the same mistake we did.

I worked on my garage door for 2 hours after it broke. Then I called Precision...I called at 3:30pm and Ulises showed up the same day at 5:00pm....I've had a lot of companies do business for me, but its near impossible to get a company to show up the same day you requested and one hour and 30 minutes after your request. Not only did he quickly solve my problem, but he was honest and didn't try to sell me a new garage door. He fixed mine for $49.95! I am still in disbelief that it was so quick, professional, and no nonsense!...just impressive, timely, honest and incredible service...I would highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Ulises, with Precision Garage Door Service. Even the phone dispatcher was so incredibly professional and polite. Can I give them all 10 stars? I was only allowed to give a max of 5 stars but I would double that! Thank you Precision Garage Doors and Ulises! I am a level 6 google reviewer and dont hand out 5 stars to everyone!

Very professional company from the first call to the finished product. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. Very pleased with quality of work. The garage door is so quiet, it’s hard to hear when it’s opening and closing. Quality products! Would recommend this company in a heart beat!

So far, with the initial contact with Kate at the office and Thomas who gave us an estimate, the experience has been awesome. I will write another review once the job is complete. Everyone has been pleasant and very accommodating.

I am very happy with the prompt service!! My garage door opener was not working… after troubleshooting and calling the genie company, it was determined I needed a new receiver board. I called precision door to repair the unit. Thomas came out and did a thorough inspection and found the unit was in very bad condition. We decided to replace the unit. It was very affordable and Thomas did a very professional installation. I would recommend this company.
