Very professional team from the front desk on the phone call to the tech (Beau) that came out and worked on my garage door. I'm a perfectionist and wanted everything on my door to be right. It was found that one of the springs went bad. He recognized that and also that I could use additional braces across my door to meet the wind restriction code. Very happy with the work Beau did.

Everyone I spoke to was very professional and nice. I was given an appointment for a Saturday and there was no extra charge for the weekend visit. Our garage door was acting weird. Sometimes the door would not close other times it would open on it's own! I called Precision and they said they would send a man right out. He arrived in about 45 minutes and was very nice and knowledgeable. After he did a 25 point inspection it was obvious that we needed a lot of work. We bought the house 15 years ago and there was a lot of wear and tear. 2 1/2 hours later our door was fixed. New springs, new motor, door adjustments, etc. Thank you Beau and Mike for a great job.

I had an issue with my garage door, called Precision and they were able to send a technician the same day. Beau arrived on time and proceeded to inspect my garage door and was able to determine the issue and offer solutions. At every step of the way he was professional - Explaining everything and answering my questions. He was able to replace the spring coils and will be back in a couple weeks to install and new overhead system. I called the office and scheduled my next appointment, asking that they assign the job to Beau because he was thorough and a wonderful representative of Precision Garage Door!

It was very easy to schedule a free estimate of repairs. The scheduler was friendly and professional. The repairman was knowledgeable and respectful and did a great job figuring out the problem and then installing a new opener and parts to make our garage door work quietly and smooth as well as install a new opener.
