First experience with this company. We had a broken spring and decided to call Precision due to the fact they had a lot of reviews. A technician came out within the hour ( thrilled that they were available so quickly). I felt like he was stalling for time and evading the question of “Can you fix this now so I can get my cars out.” I never got an answer until I stated “If not, then I will move on to the next company.” Eventually, after calling the office, I was able to get the door fixed and working. The technician did a GREAT job. SUGGESTION: Listen and respond to the customers concerns and questions rather than coming back at the customer with a question of your own. Would I recommend then? DEFINITELY.

Called Precision because my garage door wouldn't open or close. I have a standard 7ft door connected to a 1/2 hp motor. After immediately getting out of the truck I was told I would need a new motor. The tech said he would put together an estimate and come get me when he was done. I was rather surprised when he came back with a $4000 job and a cheaper option as he put it of $2500. After looking it over I told him id get back to him. $250 at home depot and an hour an half later I saved myself $2250 to $3750. I dont recommend these scam artist.

Felix and Adam did a great job installing a new garage door opener yesterday, with new springs, pulleys, door braces, keypad, etc. and programmed the 2 remotes. I had numerous questions for Felix regarding new parts needed and the corresponding prices. He was very patient and explained everything to my satisfaction.

Knowledgeable, Professional, and Reliable! I know because they came back as promised to fix a minor challenge I had. They fixed and warrantied a previous installation by the Door Doctor which turns out was a mess. I am putting them on Our Community Vendor Listing so that I share with our 3,250 homes (probably close to 6k residents) a good Company that we can trust. I am an influencer in our community, so I hope they do good with this review! My challenges, cost me 3.5 K but I know I've got a GREAT SYSTEM NOW with a good warranty.

This was the the best service we have EVER received for anything! There are not to many companies that will come out on a weekend without charging a fee, welll this is one of them and to probably have there best employee on top of that. He was a 5 star worker with an extremely large amount of knowledge on what should be done not only so we don’t have repeat work but safety along with it. Beau McClure installed our new LiftMaster Garage Door opener. Arrived on time. Job took 3 hours. We are extremely happy with opener, new shaft, springs, and very quiet Nylon rollers. Like the soft shut feature. Beau did expert, professional work explaining all the steps setting up our new equipment for this state-of-the art LiftMaster. Beau was even able to get us senior discount and free shaft. This guy was great!!

Couldn't open my garage door. They came out the same day and made the repair. The service tech Mr Dow was great. He was knowledgeable and would answer all my questions. There was no pressure to use them after getting the estimate. I will recommend them

Review for Precision Garage Door I have a customized, high-end garage door system where the door and screen share the same track. The garage door itself retails for over $8,000. Recently, my door became stuck mid-way and came off the track. Precision Garage Door responded quickly, but the technician seemed overwhelmed and admitted that his boss might not even let him work on my system. He ended up FaceTiming with his boss to figure out how to proceed. In the end, they charged me $350 just to get my car out of the garage—without actually repairing the door. Instead, they provided me with a written estimate of over $3,000 to remove the screen door, replace springs and cables, and fix the door. I declined and had the door properly repaired elsewhere for only $225. Not only was their service call price excessive, but the inflated repair quote was outrageous. In my opinion, this kind of practice borders on taking advantage of seniors and should be investigated as such. I would not recommend Precision Garage Door—be cautious of their pricing and always get a second opinion.

Decided to go with Precision Door after getting a few estimates. Some seemed a little shady . Was impressed with Evan . So glad I choice him . I had a Liftmaster opener new springs , nylon rollers installed. When he was installing springs he noticed the bearings were going bad so with my OK he installed all 3 bearing plus new heavy duty cables . Door was sounding really bad now it sounds like new . Evan does excellent work . Hard to find an employee who takes pride in his work
