My garage door opener pooped out. I called several companies for an estimate. Precision was in contact with me almost immediately. After establishing the cost of replacing my opener, the opener was replaced with a quality belt driven opener, very quiet. He also suggested replacing the door rollers. My door now works perfectly, is quiet, and the repairman lubricated all the moving parts. Job well done. Would recommend their services.

Joel was a very knowledgeable, courteous technician who went above and beyond for me on a Saturday. He solved my immediate problem and also helped me with a couple of choices for long term solutions. I called Monday to have our garage door serviced (keypad was malfunctioning) and a technician arrived Tuesday morning to service it. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. Additionally, he gave a thorough check of all components of the door - the opener, the door itself, the bearings, springs, etc. and made some recommendations. We are very pleased with this company, the technician, the service and the quality of work completed. We will definitely recommend them to others.
