A torsion spring broke on our garage door. Called Precision Garage Door Service of Ocala on a Sunday and the repairman arrived well within the time quoted. Jay (Dow) couldn't have been more professional and kind. No high pressure sales! He gave us our options and let "us" decide. He even gave us a teacher's discount! The job was done in no time and our door works much, much better than before! He educated me on everything concerning our garage door which was a plus. Things I never knew. Money well spent for a quick, efficient job well done!! Thanks again Jay, and thanks to the Precision team!

We had service done with Precision Garage Door Before today (2021). And with the Garage Door issue this time, we knew who to call and we could depend on. The estimate was given, the Door was closed as far as it could go and secured. We had an appointment made the same day for ASAP. Scheduled a visit For a single garage door repair , replace tracks and some hinges . Your employee gave me an estimate of $3,3xx. dollars to repair the problem . A new door install from your company was $1,9xx. dollars . If you have white hair , beware of this company . I am incredulous from the repair estimate . It was enough money to replace two or three doors . I would call this company poor for their estimate . I do not write bad reviews , but this just needs to be seen by prospective customers .

Ryan came out after 5pm and spent quite a bit of time helping us get our garage door open long enough to get my car out. They are coming tomorrow to install a new door. Prompt service, professional and goes the extra mile!
