Thomas Norman was our Technician. He was very personable and knowledgeable regarding our garage door functionality. He inspected the door and made recommendations as to what needed to be replaced and why the items should be replaced. Safety and proper functioning of the door was his concern. Joel & Thomas arrived on time (quick response) and were very professional and knowledgeable in repairing my door. They showed and explained each item that was in need of replacement or adjusted and gave options to upgrade parts at my discretion. An estimate was given before work was done. After the repair they cleaned up worksite and explained my questions regarding future maintenance It was truly a pleasure working with these gentlemen!

Couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service! After calling Precision Door this morning to explain the problem with my inoperable garage door and MyQ system, Joel arrived a few hours later. With patience and determination, he was able to figure out the problem and make the necessary repair. He did not leave until all remotes and the system was working perfectly. Thomas was very professional and friendly. He thoroughly checked our old garage door opener to see if it could be repaired. I chose Precision Garage Door because I've heard about them and have seen their ads on TV. I have been getting rainwater into my garage and thought it might be due to the rubber piece on the bottom of the door. Jordan came to check it out. He spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the issue might be. He has suggested it might be because of poor drainage runoff for a number of reasons and told me what I might be able to do to rectify the situation. I am going to have my handyman see what he can do. I was extremely happy with Jordan and the time he spent explaining everything. I will not hesitate to call Precision again if needed.

Daniel, the precision representative, really knew his product and had expert skills in detecting my garage door problem. He was respectful, polite and clearing explained what the issue was and offered several repair options without being pushy. He came prepared with all the parts to get the job done immediately. I appreciated not having to wait for days for another appointment. He inspected, oiled, tightened and tweaked other parts that weren't even part of the issue, which I really thought was professional. Our garage door broke while my husband was leaving for work at 6 am on a Sunday and left my car trapped in our garage and me unable to get to work. Precision Garage Door came up on my Internet search as 24/7 and emergency repair. I was thrilled to speak to a real person who confirmed a technician would be available later that morning. Beau arrived early and was amazing! I was worried out door was going to end up non-functional based on its appearance, but Beau got our door back in working order in no time! Super reasonable rates for our Sunday repair and the estimate for new parts and installation was very reasonable as well.

Precision came the next day after our springs failed and door was too heavy to open. Joel and I discussed price ahead of time and he also inspected the door and noticed the center bearing was missing. The repairs were timely and the adjustments made the door much easier to open and the garage door opener is not challenged as it was. Appreciate the repair.
