I was apprehensive about getting my "dead" garage door back in working order on a Sunday morning. I phoned Precision and was surprised at how easy it was to make an appointment for a few hours later that same Sunday a.m. The truck and technician arrived very punctually and I was impressed with his technical knowledge and easily established rapport with me. But what most impressed me was his obvious dedication to safety at all costs. He carefully explained what had caused the problem and after an inspection of the door an its attachments, he explained what had happened and what had to be done to fix it...then and there. He was a hard working technician and got the door back in better working order than it had been before the problem arose. If he's representative of the company's service, I'll be back if there is ever a problem with the door. Oh, and the price was very reasonable. I'm a VERY happy customer!

I tried to leave home at 5:30am to be at work by 6:00am but the garage door wouldn't open. I did some trouble shooting and saw that one of the OHD springs had broken. I released the door opener trolley but I was only able to manually raise the door about 12 inches. I had seen Precision's trucks working at some other homes in our neighborhood in the past and my wife remembered their TV commercials. I scheduled a service call on-line at about 6:15am and received a commitment window of 10:00am to 2:00pm. The service technician called at 10:05 and said that he was on his way and he arrived at about 10:15am. He quickly diagnosed the problems as one broken spring and worn-out door rollers. He replaced both springs and all 10 rollers, lubricated all new parts and all of the hinges, adjusted all new and old parts, and tested the entire system for proper operation. I gave this review a 5-star rating for the following reasons: 1. Easy to use on-line scheduling system. 2. Quick committment window 3. On-time Arrival 4. All required parts were in stock on the truck 5. Ulises Castillo was a very knowledgeable and professional service technician. I would definitely refer Precision and Ulises to friends and family as well as call on them again if I ever need help with garage doors in the future.

Beau arrived on time. Was dressed vey professionaly and dressed in a uniform with logo and name. He was very patient while I explained the issue with my door. After hearing my explaination he decided that he door sensors were the issue and replaced them. The door began to work properly and all was well until the next day when the door would not close after being left open for a while. I called and reported the issue. They scheduled Beau for a return visit the very next day. After troubleshooting the issue he discovered that the logic board may have failed. They no longer manufacture this board as the unit is vey old, sooo the unit needed replacement. I was very happy that the cost of the repair the day before was credited back to the replacement invoice. I was very impressed that all the parts needed were on his service truck and another appointment would not be needed. Beau and his assistant completed the replacement in record time and explained how the door operated before leaving. The garage was cleaned thoroughly and looked as if they had never been there! I highly reccomend this company for any garage door repair or replacement.

Was shopping for a garage opener to replace my old broken one. A representative from your company, a Mr.Joel Mullins came to my place today. He did everything in his power to help me. I have a son missing his legs and a diabetic. I am committed to helping him but his care has been costly and hard on me physically. He offered me an opener I could afford fixed my springs and rollers and offered me three interest free payments. Now I can get my son’s wheelchair in and out of my car without taking trips in and out to open the house, garage and do it again and again. Very prompt and professional service. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 star is that the only thing that was not working with our double door garage opener were the safety sensors. Instead of only those being replaced, we were told they don’t make those parts anymore (might be true, but I didnt research it) and that they only carry high end models of openers in the truck (cost approx $1,200). We said no way, then Tech offered to call office to see if got permission to install a Commercial one they have on the truck they install for Contractors/Builders for approx $800. While they checked, I checked Lowes and found many with Installation for much less. So, they l lowered their price. But install was fast and Tech was very pleasant. Hopefully it was true that that safety parts for that model are no longer available and we didn’t replace the whole unit needlessly.

Awesome company. Started with Ryan coming to the house and showing us the samples to pick from and the time for installing would be the following week. Compared to other companies that would take six weeks. Mike, Jordan and Shawn came when they said they would. Jordan went over the items and amount, to make sure it was right. They said it would take 4 hours and it did. The guys sure know what they are doing and very professional. Before they departed Mike went over everything with us, set up code for the garage panel.
