Called Precision Garage door service on January 29th, 2026 late afternoon, early evening because my garage door would not close all the way, about 6 inches from floor, the company was able to fit me in the next morning, about 7:50am I received a call from the technician Solomon, once he arrived he was friendly and courteous, Solomon accessed the situation and proceeded to repair the garage door while keeping me informed of the steps he was taking, also gave me advice on maintaining the garage doors, job was completed in a timely manner, would definitely used this company in the future

I called Precision Garage to schedule a service because our garage door (which was always loud and clunky) started to make more noise. They were able to schedule us for the next morning. Joel arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and then did a very thorough inspection of the entire system- door, opener, tracks, wheels, hinges, etc. Once he was done, he discussed with me what he’d found. He showed me his areas of concern, and what areas were in good shape. Joel was patient with my questions, and even spoke with my husband on the phone, so that we both had a clear understanding.
