Clearly explained what could be done to improve the performance of the garage door and add to its lifetime. Performed quality work in under the estimated time and gave a thorough explanation of everything that was done. Unfortunately had to call them back a couple of weeks later because the first repairman missed something that was obvious to the second as soon as he looked the door. Compared to competitors way overpriced.

I have always been very happy with the services of Precision Garage Door, who had installed my garage door and lift mechanism several years ago. In this instance, when the door was being closed, it hit the floor with too high an impact rather than decelerating as it approached the floor. This was a relatively recent development. I assumed it needed an adjustment, so I called Precision, who immediately sent out a technician who advised me that the motor was too weak for the heavy garage door. He said that at the time the system was originally installed, a more powerful motor was unavailable, and so now I needed a more powerful motor such as a LiftMaster, which cost $2200. He seemed very competent as he installed the new motor and mechanism. It seems to work all right (it decelerates as it approaches the floor), but why, if it was supposed to be more powerful than the original motor, does it run at about one-third the speed of the old one? Also, it comes with accessories called MyQ which seems to be a home theft prevention system with cameras and is connected to the house WiFi. To me, this is an added nuisance which I didn't need. It turns out that the MyQ software has to be updated periodically and the owner must then pay a subscription fee. I like to keep things simple. I don't like the fact that I was upsold a much more expensive system with unneeded features and it was too bad that the old system couldn't simply be adjusted.

You solved the problem but not until I got past his sales pitch of 18,000$ No! not a fan of upselling! I had him fixed what needed to be fixed for #3K! Garage works but not impressed with a sales type manner. Im not buying a car!

After he completed the installation he cleaned up everything and left it as he found it. Our garage door opener works very well and we are pleased with it. We are generally pleased with our experience your company, setting up the appointment, your flexibility in rescheduling it, the promptness in arriving, Zion's manner, professionalism, and skill was impressive, but we are left with the sense that we were charged more than we should have been, even with the 10% "discount". Didn’t really start out great I was getting a sales pitch on $18,000 worth of Garage door items I would need for two garages. I only needed one fixed. I needed to get my car out. Let’s get it rolling had him changed the garage door opener and some other things that cost me 3000$ not real sure about this business I felt like I was getting up sold the whole time! I wasn’t buying a car. I just had something broken that needed to be fixed.

Service person was Very Personable and talked to us on our level and showed concern. When I asked about the horrible screeching sound when the door was raised with the new motor, he said he would spray and it should get better. We now need to endure the inconvenience of another service visit for our Brand New opener to be relieved of the horrible screeching loud sounds when it is operated.

Your technician , Thomas Norman, called ahead and showed up very quickly. He quoted a price, my wife and I thought was too high. Tom asked what it would take to do the job. We asked for $1000.00 less and then agreed. Tom was one of the best technicians I’ve ever met. As a fellow Veteran, I appreciated his great work ethic. I would describe him as an expert “Craftsman” at his trade. Very pleased with the job, but also think the price of the motor and material was very over-priced.

fixed problem quick, tightened 4 wires. Tech was nice and knowledgeable. cost $190 with added inspection for about 30 minutes of labor, a bit expensive.

Outrageous prices, your 5 year warranty should be transferable with the outrageous prices you charge, i will not use your company again.
