Daniel Hammond was on time, very cordial and extremely professional. After diagnosing and fixing the problem with the garage door opener, he inspected the entire door system and pointed out the cable drums weren't the correct size, and both bearing plates needed to be replaced. (Precision Doors DID NOT do the original install of this door.) Daniel installed the correct size drums and the stronger bearing plates. He also showed me an easy method to test the strength of the coil springs, as they do weaken over time. Precision Garage Door Service is very reputable, and I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Yes, I was greeted with a very nice man Jack D. He was able to determine a faulty travel wire due to bad motor and dead backup battery on my LiftMaster 98022. Was advised to contact LM and see if they can send me a new unit or possible upgraded unit. Also JD was able to manual open door due to release cord being jammed inside motor unit. Again JD was very helpful ,courteous and kind. Will definitely call PGDS when new motor comes in. Thankyou Scott Benner

Great Mechanic. Professional and excellent job performed. Joel cleaned up the garage better than it was prior to work. Everything on the garage panels was replaced. New rollers, cables, springs, belt drive, etc. The only thing that was not replaced was the panels. Great pricing. Joel, Thank You for a great job well done.

Precision Garage Door Service did a great job replacing my garage door springs. I was pleased that when I called on a holiday that they were staffed to take calls and willing to book an appointment. Jordan, the technician they sent was courteous,prompt and called ahead to be sure we were prepared for his arrival in the early morning. He was very thorough and explained that in addition to the springs the bearings were worn as well, which we opted to replace. I'm happy with the service they provided,and level of professionalism they displayed in our repair situation. I would feel confident to recommend them, and use them again.

Pleasant young man answering initial call was very helpful and great customer service. Made an appointment for next day between 8:00 and noon. Next day, received call from Tyler before 8:00 saying they were on their way. Beau and Tyler arrived very timely, and inspected my garage door, and ailing opener. Made recommendations, pricing, and warranty info. Thinking they would have to return later to install the selected new unit, was totalled amazed when they said it would be installed right then! These two fabulous young gentlemen were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, efficient, and tolerant of my questions.???? I honestly must say, these two were a refreshing surprise that is rare to find these days. They are certainly a credit to the folks who raised them, and positively great representatives of Precision Door. Should I need service in the future these two are my choice technicians! ????
