Thomas arrived on time for our appointment, quickly assessed the door and identified the issues, and clearly explained everything to me before offering his recommendations. He was fully prepared to complete the repair the same day, and once I agreed, he fixed the garage door perfectly. HAD SEEN YOUR TV COMMERCIALS AND USED YOUR WEBSITE TO SET UP A REPAIR FOR MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER WHOSE BELT WAS SHREDDED. BELT WAS REPLACED BUT DEBRIS HAD FALLEN INTO MOTOR AND SHORTED IT OUT SO THE OPENER HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE TECH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD ME UP AND RUNNING IN QUICKLY.
