Thomas did an excellent job of inspecting my garage door, catching a couple of things I had not realized were a problem. He replaced my springs and installed new neoprene rollers. Our garage door opener had stopped working post-hurricane. Via Angi, found Precision Door Services. Contacted them late on a Friday and had a tech out at 8AM Saturday. The tech, Thomas Norman, was great. Explained everything about the garage door and what was needed. Ended up with a much better system than before. Everything was done in a few hours, so great service.

Thomas Norman was our service technician. He was very thorough and courteous. While I knew our spring was broken, I was happy to have a thorough inspection of all of the mechanical aspects of the door system that are subject to wear and tear.
