One of the torsion springs on our very old 16x7 garage door broke. We called Precision around 9am on a Tuesday morning and by 9:20 Joel called and said he was on the way, he arrived by 10:00.
After Joel's in depth inspection of our garage door system he confirmed our suspicions that we should consider replacing the whole thing. He went over all our options and pricing and needless to say we have a new door and operator (opener) on the way!
In the mean time he replaced the two torsion springs to get the old door working again until the new one arrives.
Joel is very knowledgeable and an excellent technician. we look forward to working with him again when the new door is installed.
