I am very happy with the prompt service!! My garage door opener was not working… after troubleshooting and calling the genie company, it was determined I needed a new receiver board. I called precision door to repair the unit. Thomas came out and did a thorough inspection and found the unit was in very bad condition. We decided to replace the unit. It was very affordable and Thomas did a very professional installation. I would recommend this company.

Called on a Saturday morning for replacement of a broken garage door spring.The technician Beau, arrived within a hour or so after my call. One of the torsion springs on our very old 16x7 garage door broke. We called Precision around 9am on a Tuesday morning and by 9:20 Joel called and said he was on the way, he arrived by 10:00. After Joel's in depth inspection of our garage door system he confirmed our suspicions that we should consider replacing the whole thing. He went over all our options and pricing and needless to say we have a new door and operator (opener) on the way! In the mean time he replaced the two torsion springs to get the old door working again until the new one arrives. Joel is very knowledgeable and an excellent technician. we look forward to working with him again when the new door is installed. Thank you !
