We made an appointment for the next day and the technician was personable and knowledgeable. He identified the problem with our overhead garage door, and added an external keypad. He also noted some concerns that would require repairs sooner rather than later. He was professional and I never had the feeling I was being manipulated into buying something I did not need. Very matter of fact and his observations were reasonable, as were his explanations of what was wrong and how best to fix it. I would highly recommend this company and especially our technician to anyone in need of overhead garage door service.

I worked on my garage door for 2 hours after it broke. Then I called Precision...I called at 3:30pm and Ulises showed up the same day at 5:00pm....I've had a lot of companies do business for me, but its near impossible to get a company to show up the same day you requested and one hour and 30 minutes after your request. Not only did he quickly solve my problem, but he was honest and didn't try to sell me a new garage door. He fixed mine for $49.95! I am still in disbelief that it was so quick, professional, and no nonsense!...just impressive, timely, honest and incredible service...I would highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Ulises, with Precision Garage Door Service. Even the phone dispatcher was so incredibly professional and polite. Can I give them all 10 stars? I was only allowed to give a max of 5 stars but I would double that! Ryan did an excellent job, he went over everything very thoroughly and I had just about decided to just have a tuneup and after going over all aspects of both directions we decided to replace it and be done with it. July 23rd 2026 The men came today and removed the old door and all hardware and installed a new door and all new materials. It is very quiet and looks really nice. They really did an excellent job and didn't take more than a couple of hours. We are very pleased with every aspect of this from our initial meeting and deciding to replace our old door, to the installation of the new one.

One of the torsion springs on our very old 16x7 garage door broke. We called Precision around 9am on a Tuesday morning and by 9:20 Joel called and said he was on the way, he arrived by 10:00. After Joel's in depth inspection of our garage door system he confirmed our suspicions that we should consider replacing the whole thing. He went over all our options and pricing and needless to say we have a new door and operator (opener) on the way! In the mean time he replaced the two torsion springs to get the old door working again until the new one arrives. Joel is very knowledgeable and an excellent technician. we look forward to working with him again when the new door is installed. Thank you !

I am very happy with the prompt service!! My garage door opener was not working… after troubleshooting and calling the genie company, it was determined I needed a new receiver board. I called precision door to repair the unit. Thomas came out and did a thorough inspection and found the unit was in very bad condition. We decided to replace the unit. It was very affordable and Thomas did a very professional installation. I would recommend this company.

Called on a Saturday morning for replacement of a broken garage door spring.The technician Beau, arrived within a hour or so after my call. He quickly started on the broken spring and other worn parts on my old garage door. My door was working like new in about 1.5 hours. Thanks Beau and precision door services.
