What a great company. I called at 3PM and my garage door spring was replaced by 6PM. The technician was highly professional, polite and explained my options in detail. He wasn’t overly aggressive trying to sell me on replacing aging equipment which I appreciated. He was a real gentleman, wasn’t overly aggressive , very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly like a real expert would. You have really good people working for you. Appreciate him.

This company is wonderful. I contacted the company to make an appointment and a couple days the tech came out. The tech was wonderful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I am a senior women. Someone from Precision showed up to give a quote. He wanted to charge me $3000 and was trying to pressure me into signing a contract. Just because I am a senior and a women doesn't mean I'm stupid. I told him that I would be getting more quotes. Turns out that I got a quote for a better garage door opener (Liftmaster) for $532. SHAME ON YOU PRECISION FOR TRYING TO RIP ME OFF..

I could not be better pleased with Precision Garage Door Service and with their Technician Jake. I called just before noon and Jake was on the scene by shortly after 2 the same day. He inspected the situation and presented me with options—the most agreeable to me being replacement. He had all materials necessary on his truck to complete the installation same afternoon. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and a skilled worker who cleaned up his worksite when finished. He showed me how to operate the new system and made completely sure any questions I had were answered before leaving. I would definitely call them again for service, but don’t think I will have to. He was that good!

I was not pleased with the service that I received. When I made the appointment I was told that I would receive an estimate before any work was done. This was not the case. The repair was done (30 seconds to realign the sensors that I couldn't get to line up by myself) and then I was told I owed over $200 for the service fee without being given any sort of estimate first like I was promised. Very displeased. Would not recommend or use again.

While he was working , he didn't mind answering any other questions I asked, even those that did not deal with my specific problem, - like how the door actually works.

Making the appointment was easy and Jehonathan called to let me know he was on his way. Jehonathan was very professional and knowledgeable about my issues. He addressed what I made the appointment for but let me know, as well as, showed me what caused the issues and what I was going to need done eventually or he could do the work while he was there. Jay was great, we spoke about the problem I was having and came to a solution which included changing the spring to a bigger size to help with the balance of the door. Pricing was a little steep but service and timing were very professional! I’d recommend.
