My service tech Jay, was wonderful. He was personable and very knowledgeable, He figured out the problem and thankfully fixed my garage door problem. While he was working , he didn't mind answering any other questions I asked, even those that did not deal with my specific problem, - like how the door actually works.

Making the appointment was easy and Jehonathan called to let me know he was on his way. Jehonathan was very professional and knowledgeable about my issues. He addressed what I made the appointment for but let me know, as well as, showed me what caused the issues and what I was going to need done eventually or he could do the work while he was there. I chose to have him fix the issues with my garage door.

Ray did a professional and high quality job. He was definitely customer focused and answered all questions I asked. He provided thorough and complete operating instructions for the garage door opener and set up my automobile to remotely operate the opener. Definitely an employee worth keeping.
