The technician (Zion) showed up on Saturday shortly after I placed the service call, gave me an estimate and had the repair done in two hours. The door works Great and the service was Outstanding! THANKS

I purchased this new garage door in April of this year. I was given a can of lubricant spray to use twice a year. I was unclear about what I should and should not spray. I called the office, a friendly and helpful lady listened to my question, researched it herself and gave me instructions. I still was not clear; she scheduled a service call. Zion arrived this morning, sprayed the spring and the drums; and spent several minutes providing more guidance for the future. No charge. I am very pleased that I chose Precision Garage Door company and recommend it for quality produce and friendly, prompt service. While changing my rollers I screwed up and the cables came loose. They charged 350 dollars for an hours worth of labor to put my own cables back on. The invoice said rehang door. Will never call them again! The tech told me if I wanted the door quiet I would need to change to a belt drive. B.S I lubed it myself and now it's quiet!

I called for an estimate and I asked if they can come out today. They came to my house with in 30 min gave me an estimate. The estimate was not in my budget. The technician made some phone calls and was able to bring the price down to where I was able to afford. The job was done with in a couple hours and my garage door works great.
