Once he explained the options, I made a decision as to what I wanted and he completed the job in two or three hours. He also programmed the new garage motor and the older one for the second door. A new Liftmaster 6580L Garage door opener was installed by this company three days. The technician also installed it to Homelink in my 2026 vehicle. It works but only from a distance of 15 ft. or less from the garage door opener inside the garage. I have older Liftmaster garage door opener in second garage which was installed three years ago by the same company which has the Homelink operating distance a lot longer than15 ft. I was not told this shorter range issue by the technician and I am very disappointed with the Liftmaster 6580L Garage door opener.

He wanted initially to charge me > $4,000 to change the whole system & said that it cannot be fixed. He ended up changing the belt & the outer rail for $300. He wanted to give me an estimate on a piece of paper with numbers on it, instead of a receipt. Anyhow I would NEVER recommend or use this guy or your service again. I made the mistake of calling the first entry on Google - a big mistake. Anyhow I doubt very much that you do not know all this. I do not know whether you pay them by the hour, but If you pay them more commission if they charge more then what do you expect ?

I purchased this new garage door in April of this year. I was given a can of lubricant spray to use twice a year. I was unclear about what I should and should not spray. I called the office, a friendly and helpful lady listened to my question, researched it herself and gave me instructions. I still was not clear; she scheduled a service call. Zion arrived this morning, sprayed the spring and the drums; and spent several minutes providing more guidance for the future. No charge. I am very pleased that I chose Precision Garage Door company and recommend it for quality produce and friendly, prompt service. The service I received is not listed below but I had to click on something to complete this review.

While changing my rollers I screwed up and the cables came loose. They charged 350 dollars for an hours worth of labor to put my own cables back on. The invoice said rehang door. Will never call them again! The tech told me if I wanted the door quiet I would need to change to a belt drive. B.S I lubed it myself and now it's quiet!

I called for an estimate and I asked if they can come out today. They came to my house with in 30 min gave me an estimate. The estimate was not in my budget. The technician made some phone calls and was able to bring the price down to where I was able to afford. The job was done with in a couple hours and my garage door works great.
