Excellent service from the phone call to the finished job, Precision Door was completely professional. My Tech was Thomas - he was totally a pro. I originally went with the company for the simple fact of brand recognition. The service I received from Joel Mullen was outstanding! This was my first experience having anything to do with my garage door. Joel was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed to work with him. He is a trusted sales representative who gave great recommendations for my needs! I was hesitant when speaking to the reservation rep because she was not able to give me an idea of pricing over the phone. She had someone call me back which was great! That individual was able to give me an idea of what to expect but truly the individual who made this experience great was Joel!!! Joel was very detail oriented and wanted the service to be perfect! In todays service culture, it was refreshing to work with someone like Joel! I would give the gentlemen 10 stars if I could. He went above and beyond! I will request Joel for every service going forward and highly recommend Joel to friends and family! Please recognize Joel for his outstanding service! He deserves all the kudos!!!!!
