I called Precision to repair a garage door for one of my sellers after reading their Google reviews and am so thankful I did. Mike showed up within the first 20 minutes of our scheduled timeframe and was able to get the pricing that my sellers were most comfortable with and repair it right on the spot. He even followed up to tell me when it was completed and give me even better news that the repair fixed another issue we thought might be a problem. It was an excellent outcome and I’ll definitely call them again. Plus, Mike was easy to talk to and a great resource for other needs.

6 year old motor went dead. Called for service around lunchtime. There by 4pm to diagnose and back in the morning by 9:00 to install and give the whole system a tune up. I have to be looking at the door to know it's moving it's is so quiet. Super nice technician.

A new Liftmaster 6580L Garage door opener was installed by this company three days. The technician also installed it to Homelink in my 2026 vehicle. It works but only from a distance of 15 ft. or less from the garage door opener inside the garage. I have older Liftmaster garage door opener in second garage which was installed three years ago by the same company which has the Homelink operating distance a lot longer than15 ft. I was not told this shorter range issue by the technician and I am very disappointed with the Liftmaster 6580L Garage door opener.

He wanted initially to charge me > $4,000 to change the whole system & said that it cannot be fixed. He ended up changing the belt & the outer rail for $300. He wanted to give me an estimate on a piece of paper with numbers on it, instead of a receipt. Anyhow I would NEVER recommend or use this guy or your service again. I made the mistake of calling the first entry on Google - a big mistake. Anyhow I doubt very much that you do not know all this. I do not know whether you pay them by the hour, but If you pay them more commission if they charge more then what do you expect ?

After a bang and a jam I figured the door needed work. Went to the Precision website and found that even on a Saturday I could get an appointment. Zion showed up and started the work but it got late and we said he could finish Sunday. Unfortunately, he could not make it back so Joel came out and finished the job. All knew hardware and a new Genie opener. Couldn't be happier.
