Thomas and Joe arrived shortly after I called on Saturday to repair my garage door after the spring broke that morning. I was impressed with Thomas’s experience and knowledge on garage door repairs. I was even more impressed after the repairs were completed and the repaired door was in better condition than when it was originally installed.

Jordan did an amazing job fixing what was wrong with my garage door. He explained what the issue was and how the issue was going to be repaired. He was prompt, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He competed the repair in a timely manner and within the agreed upon price. Precision door came out Saturday morning because our spring broke on our garage door and the guy told us that both sides need to be replaced pulley cables springs and labor. It would be $1700. We said no way went back out said he would talk to his boss and came back and said it would be $900. Needless to say we had Lester‘s garage today that did all of it for $375.. What a scam! Luckily, we knew it was not supposed to cost that much! I wouldn’t even have checked one star, but it wouldn’t let me send the review unless I checked the star

I called Precision Door at approximately 2 pm and requested a service person come to the house for a general maintenance to our garage door. I was told someone would be here today (same day) between 4 and 6. I was contacted by the service man, Jordan, and he appeared soon after 4:00 pm. I was truly impressed by Jordan. He did an inspection and basic maintenance, was professional, helpful, intelligent, and easy to talk with. He outlined some issues that could develop in the future, took the time to explain them, and gave price estimates for the work when it needed to be done. I was truly impressed with the kind of person who represented the company, and I will definitely call them in the future.

I found your company by googling for garage door repairs. Your receptionist said she could have a technician in our house by early afternoon. You were the ones who could be here the earliest; we couldn't get our car out. Your technician, Frank Norman (I believe) was courteous and professional and he solved our problem. My only complaint is that it was too pricey.
