After a bang and a jam I figured the door needed work. Went to the Precision website and found that even on a Saturday I could get an appointment. Zion showed up and started the work but it got late and we said he could finish Sunday. Unfortunately, he could not make it back so Joel came out and finished the job. All knew hardware and a new Genie opener. Couldn't be happier.

Oh no, suddenly garage door wouldn't open! It is a helpless feeling for anyone. However, I am a business owner and only hope my employees always perform at such a high level as your repairman, Solomon, did as your company's representative. You can be very proud of his professionalism, courtesy, and ability. In fact my entire experience with Precision outperforms every expectation one might have . From the initial call , ease of getting next day service, immediate confirmation by email of every detail before and after job was done was remarkably choreographed to perfection. Solomon arrived on time. He did thorough survey, diagnosed problems (mainly broken springs) and pointed out other concerns of wear (cracks on hinges and worn rollers and rusty cable etc) to avoid future breakdowns and gave me options of immediate needs to repair broken door mechanisms and costs of those plus other safeguard recommendations for future and those costs. It made the decisions so easy for me. Solomon was possibly the most courteous young repairman I've worked with here at this house since my husband died last January and it's all up to me now. It is very reassuring there is a company with employees like Solomon and the excellent office staffing who do scheduling and send out email confirmations. The employees in the field are "the Brand" and a company is only as good in the eyes of the public as these men and women. It was a Great Experience, in every way and I'll listen to that smooth garage door rolling up and down in the future and thank Precision. I'm not going to say Precision is lucky to have Solomon because the Corporation surely has high expectations of all its staffing. To Solomon, he was "just doing his job"...I wonder if he realizes how valuable that is. I hope he knows the peace of mind he leaves behind with every door he fixes. For sure, it's one less thing for this widow to worry about. Hats off to Precision!

I was in need for an emergency repair and the company was very responsive. I was told that the technician would arrive between 2-6 pm. I was fully expecting that it would be closer to 6 before they arrived. The technician arrived around 3 and within about an hour the repair was completed. He even did a full inspection of all the components and went over the inspection with me and provided a written recommendation of needed repairs. Very professional and the repair cost was very reasonable.

I purchased this new garage door in April of this year. I was given a can of lubricant spray to use twice a year. I was unclear about what I should and should not spray. I called the office, a friendly and helpful lady listened to my question, researched it herself and gave me instructions. I still was not clear; she scheduled a service call. Zion arrived this morning, sprayed the spring and the drums; and spent several minutes providing more guidance for the future. No charge. I am very pleased that I chose Precision Garage Door company and recommend it for quality produce and friendly, prompt service. The service I received is not listed below but I had to click on something to complete this review.

I jammed my garage door and needed quick help. Danial was able to help about 3 hours after my phone call, very fast response. When Danial arrived, he did a complete review of my garage door and pointed out some potential problems related to the door being 43 years old. He gave me a very concise list of proposed work and costs. Since I had been planning to upgrade the door to be more hurricane secure and replace bottom seal, he gave me a quote on these items as well. I accepted and he began work. Danial was very good at explaining the process and answered my questions with great professionalism. I hope if I ever need work again, I will be able to request Danial.

Communication prior to our service was thorough and Ulysses arrived within the time range we scheduled. He was polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything that required replacing inspecting every component. Our garage door was repaired and running smoothly in under an hour. All charges were presented beforehand, so there were no surprises. We will definitely call on Precision when our door requires repair or maintenance.

I could not be better pleased with Precision Garage Door Service and with their Technician Jake. I called just before noon and Jake was on the scene by shortly after 2 the same day. He inspected the situation and presented me with options—the most agreeable to me being replacement. He had all materials necessary on his truck to complete the installation same afternoon. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and a skilled worker who cleaned up his worksite when finished. He showed me how to operate the new system and made completely sure any questions I had were answered before leaving. I would definitely call them again for service, but don’t think I will have to. He was that good!

First, I was thrilled to get a same day appointment! He came 30 minutes into the time frame of 12 to 4. Also the service technician was able to figure out the problem quickly. He had all the parts he needed in the truck. (He even had a new garage door opener if I had needed one, which I'm glad I didn't!) I couldn't be more pleased. Precision Garage Door Service was great. We had a spring break at about 8 am and when I called I was told someone would arrive between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The technician got here just after 10:00 and went over all the items he would check out. We needed a new automatic opener in addition to the spring. He went right to work and completed the job in two hours. He explained all the new equipment and controls. I highly recommend this company for any repairs or replacement items.

HAD SEEN YOUR TV COMMERCIALS AND USED YOUR WEBSITE TO SET UP A REPAIR FOR MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER WHOSE BELT WAS SHREDDED. BELT WAS REPLACED BUT DEBRIS HAD FALLEN INTO MOTOR AND SHORTED IT OUT SO THE OPENER HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE TECH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD ME UP AND RUNNING IN QUICKLY.
