I found your company by googling for garage door repairs. Your receptionist said she could have a technician in our house by early afternoon. You were the ones who could be here the earliest; we couldn't get our car out. Your technician, Frank Norman (I believe) was courteous and professional and he solved our problem. My only complaint is that it was too pricey.

Thomas came out and replaced a broken spring for us. He found a few other items that needed attention and was very transparent and detailed in explaining the issues to us. Thomas did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him for any future garage door needs.

I called Precision Door at approximately 2 pm and requested a service person come to the house for a general maintenance to our garage door. I was told someone would be here today (same day) between 4 and 6. I was contacted by the service man, Jordan, and he appeared soon after 4:00 pm. I was truly impressed by Jordan. He did an inspection and basic maintenance, was professional, helpful, intelligent, and easy to talk with. He outlined some issues that could develop in the future, took the time to explain them, and gave price estimates for the work when it needed to be done. I was truly impressed with the kind of person who represented the company, and I will definitely call them in the future.
