I called Precision Door on Friday afternoon late and was given an appointment for Saturday morning (8-12). The technician Mr. Thomas Norman arrived promptly at 8am. He was a gentle giant. He was very kind, very patient, very knowledgeable and treated me with the most respect, even with me being of color. He worked with me and gave me the best deal for my budget at this time.
