Excellent response time, less than 24 hours from initial phone call to installation completion. Never talked to a recording, always a real person. Nick did the install and offered all feature and price options with no up-sell. In addition to the opener install he replaced, bearings, springs, and rollers. All service was done in 3 hours. Thanks for the great service!

The service person was “Nick” and he was outstanding! He arrived at my home within two hours of being requested. He was able to give me an estimate on repair costs and discuss in detail with me. He quickly repaired my garage door and it was easy to see that he knew what he was doing. Great service!

Great service! Very thorough! I am totally pleased! The door wouldn't open or close and the motor just sat there and ran. They had someone here in an hour and a half; Fixed the problem in no time and replaced some ore parts. I would highly recommend them.

After searching for someone to fix my garage door opener, I came across Precision. The website was well done and included photos of all of the technicians. After reading just a few of the reviews, I made a decision to use them. The tech was on time and he was a very personable young man. He had the opener working in just a few minutes. This is a quality company that stands behind their products. I would not hesitate to call them again.
Greg, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a terrific review. We are glad that Nick was able to not only meet, but exceed your expectations. Please let us know should you need anything else in the future.

I was really impressed with the professionalism Nick has showed when he inspected and fixed my imbalanced garage door. He simply takes time to explain why this and that failed. Replacing with new parts gave me and my wife a peace of mind knowing this company can be trusted to repair the garage doors.
