What a great company. I called at 3PM and my garage door spring was replaced by 6PM. The technician was highly professional, polite and explained my options in detail. He wasn’t overly aggressive trying to sell me on replacing aging equipment which I appreciated. He was a real gentleman, wasn’t overly aggressive , very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly like a real expert would. You have really good people working for you. Appreciate him.

Jordan is an absolute "SUPER STAR"!!!!! He very quickly diagnosed the problem with my door, under warranty and fixed it very efficiently. My door then operated very nicely, although after discussing with Jordan of ways to quiet the door operation further, he installed new rollers and hinges. This door has never operated this quiet, even after the door change out was done previously. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service, and ask for Jordan it be your technician, I can't say enough about his all around performance. Our garage door wasn’t working properly after an extended power outage. We called as soon as our power was restored, just a day an a half after a hurricane, and they were able to come the very same day.
