What a great company. I called at 3PM and my garage door spring was replaced by 6PM. The technician was highly professional, polite and explained my options in detail. He wasn’t overly aggressive trying to sell me on replacing aging equipment which I appreciated. He was a real gentleman, wasn’t overly aggressive , very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly like a real expert would. You have really good people working for you. Appreciate him.

A torsion spring broke on our garage door. Called Precision Garage Door Service of Ocala on a Sunday and the repairman arrived well within the time quoted. Jay (Dow) couldn't have been more professional and kind. No high pressure sales! He gave us our options and let "us" decide. He even gave us a teacher's discount! The job was done in no time and our door works much, much better than before! He educated me on everything concerning our garage door which was a plus. Things I never knew. Money well spent for a quick, efficient job well done!! Thanks again Jay, and thanks to the Precision team!

Joel was great! professional, Very detailed about what he found, what needed to be repaired/replaced in the Order it should be completed if I needed it split up if cost was a concern as well as going over new parts, cost, labor and warranty.There was a couple of items he didn’t have on the truck which he ordered. All remotes were programmed and tested. Educated me about Garage door maintenance and not to use LED lights and why. He arrived within a couple of hours of the call , Very helpful knowledgeable and professional Thanks, Joel !

Joel was excellent. He explained all our options for our garage door and went over everything. Answered every question we had and thoroughly explained every detail, he's very knowledgeable and very personable yet still very professional. Highly recommended for sure!! It was a pleasure meeting him and a pleasant surprise that he even showed up to install the door with the other guys. Didn't leave until everything was perfect!!

Joel showed up in the early part of the four hour arrival window we were given, which was great. He did a very thorough inspection of my two garage doors, found numerous parts that needed to be replaced and, fortunately, had them on his truck. When he was done, Both of our doors worked very smoothly and made very little noise. This is not our first experience with this company or the technician, Joel, And we have been very pleased with their service.

Had problems with garage door not closing properly. The service tech who came out was great. He explained to me what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. Since the house is 33 years old and this was the original garage door I decided to have it replaced instead of repaired. Today the new door was installed and I am thrilled. Mike and Dakota did a great job. I have an attractive, hurricane rated, new door that opens and closes properly The entire process was easy. From the fact that I was able to schedule the initial appointment online to the end result. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Jordan is an absolute "SUPER STAR"!!!!! He very quickly diagnosed the problem with my door, under warranty and fixed it very efficiently. My door then operated very nicely, although after discussing with Jordan of ways to quiet the door operation further, he installed new rollers and hinges. This door has never operated this quiet, even after the door change out was done previously. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service, and ask for Jordan it be your technician, I can't say enough about his all around performance. Jordan exudes professionalism and is a Great Ambassador of Precision Garage Door company!!!!

Our garage door wasn’t working properly after an extended power outage. We called as soon as our power was restored, just a day an a half after a hurricane, and they were able to come the very same day. Thomas was the awesome technician and he got us up and running in no time and was smiling, friendly, patient, and professional the whole time. This company really is a cut above the rest. It’s our second time using them and this experience was as great as the first!

Everything in this world has changed, but this company offers customer service that reminds me of the good old days! I called a company who I used before and they couldn’t come out until next week. I was in need of a garage door company that might give me answers to my dilemma with my garage door openers . I looked online for a company and Precision was recommended. They sent a repair man out within two hours ! He looked at my system and tried to program the door openers but due to an older system was unable to do so . He did not charge me And I appreciated this being a single lady . Whenever my garage system breaks down .. it’s over 20 years old , I’ll surely call upon this company for a new installation. Joel arrived at the beginning time of the service window, which was great. He did a very good job working on my door and communicated well when explaining everything he was going to do. He was professional and thorough throughout. My only constructive comment would be that you guys are a little pricey, but the quality is great.
