I was in need of a garage door repair, as it wouldn't open or close properly. I called up Precision Door Service and they said that I needed to have all of the moving parts including the two springs (that help lift the door up) replaced. Both of the technicians were very congenial and explained all of the problems to me. They said that the springs were not supportive enough and put a huge strain on the motor and if I wouldn't have called when I did the motor would have burned out as well. They replaced all of the moving parts with new ones and fixed the alignment of the door to the floor, and when they were done I could almost lift the door with one finger. The new wheels were made of some rubbery material which made the door much quieter when opening or closing. They also installed a new rubber gasket underneath the door and I purchased a new remote control from them as well. All in all a very good but expensive day. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

The service person was “Nick” and he was outstanding! He arrived at my home within two hours of being requested. He was able to give me an estimate on repair costs and discuss in detail with me. He quickly repaired my garage door and it was easy to see that he knew what he was doing. Great service!
