What a great company. I called at 3PM and my garage door spring was replaced by 6PM. The technician was highly professional, polite and explained my options in detail. He wasn’t overly aggressive trying to sell me on replacing aging equipment which I appreciated. He was a real gentleman, wasn’t overly aggressive , very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly like a real expert would. You have really good people working for you. Appreciate him.

We live in Massachusetts and over the phone scheduled service for my father in Florida. Everything went very well from scheduling with Natasha in the office to Joel performing the repairs. Though not urgent, Natasha scheduled same day service. Joel was on time, sent email and text updates and explained everything to us here in MA. Joel was great! professional, Very detailed about what he found, what needed to be repaired/replaced in the Order it should be completed if I needed it split up if cost was a concern as well as going over new parts, cost, labor and warranty.There was a couple of items he didn’t have on the truck which he ordered. All remotes were programmed and tested. Educated me about Garage door maintenance and not to use LED lights and why.
