Precision Garage Door Service did a great job replacing my garage door springs. I was pleased that when I called on a holiday that they were staffed to take calls and willing to book an appointment. Jordan, the technician they sent was courteous,prompt and called ahead to be sure we were prepared for his arrival in the early morning. He was very thorough and explained that in addition to the springs the bearings were worn as well, which we opted to replace. I'm happy with the service they provided,and level of professionalism they displayed in our repair situation. I would feel confident to recommend them, and use them again.

They sent a repair man out within two hours ! He looked at my system and tried to program the door openers but due to an older system was unable to do so . Pleasant young man answering initial call was very helpful and great customer service. Made an appointment for next day between 8:00 and noon. Next day, received call from Tyler before 8:00 saying they were on their way. Beau and Tyler arrived very timely, and inspected my garage door, and ailing opener. Made recommendations, pricing, and warranty info. Thinking they would have to return later to install the selected new unit, was totalled amazed when they said it would be installed right then! These two fabulous young gentlemen were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, efficient, and tolerant of my questions.???? I honestly must say, these two were a refreshing surprise that is rare to find these days. They are certainly a credit to the folks who raised them, and positively great representatives of Precision Door. Should I need service in the future these two are my choice technicians! ????
