Zion was great. Customer service sent the order and he came right out within a couple hours, after a wheel came off the track early this morning. Double checked everything and made sure it worked properly with us before leaving. Very efficient and great customer service.

Daniel Hammond was on time, very cordial and extremely professional. After diagnosing and fixing the problem with the garage door opener, he inspected the entire door system and pointed out the cable drums weren't the correct size, and both bearing plates needed to be replaced. (Precision Doors DID NOT do the original install of this door.) Daniel installed the correct size drums and the stronger bearing plates. He also showed me an easy method to test the strength of the coil springs, as they do weaken over time. Precision Garage Door Service is very reputable, and I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Your technician arrived as promised. He was knowledgeable ,friendly and promptly solved the issue. I would recommend your company. We were referred by neighbors who used your company.

Joe Anderson

I was very impressed. Rare for me. I don't usually bother doing reviews because I feel most are BS. I am gonna make an exception because Joel Mullen, the service tech, deserves it. I am retired and used to turn wrenches, as a robotics tech, for a living. So I feel I know a professional when I see one. Joel was knowledgeable, efficent, and fixed the problem without trying to upsell me on unneeded parts or services. Precision was the second company that I asked to look at my concerns. The first I dismissed after 5 mins. of useless BS. While not the cheapest option, if you want it done right look no further.

Joel was excellent. He explained all our options for our garage door and went over everything. Answered every question we had and thoroughly explained every detail, he's very knowledgeable and very personable yet still very professional. Highly recommended for sure!! It was a pleasure meeting him and a pleasant surprise that he even showed up to install the door with the other guys. Didn't leave until everything was perfect!!

Bob, the technician, clearly communicated the options we had to address our issue. I found him to be straightforward and honest. Not like other companies that I’ve dealt with in the past

Excellent service, my technician Bo came out the next day in the morning. He explained everything in detail, gave me pricing options, and did the repair in 2 hours. Very satisfied with their customer service, and quality of workmanship. Bo represented the company very well, and did a great job.

Mike Cross

Joel showed up in the early part of the four hour arrival window we were given, which was great. He did a very thorough inspection of my two garage doors, found numerous parts that needed to be replaced and, fortunately, had them on his truck. When he was done, Both of our doors worked very smoothly and made very little noise. This is not our first experience with this company or the technician, Joel, And we have been very pleased with their service.

Scheduled a visit For a single garage door repair , replace tracks and some hinges . Your employee gave me an estimate of $3,3xx. dollars to repair the problem . A new door install from your company was $1,9xx. dollars . If you have white hair , beware of this company . I am incredulous from the repair estimate . It was enough money to replace two or three doors . I would call this company poor for their estimate . I do not write bad reviews , but this just needs to be seen by prospective customers .

The gentleman was on time and was ready to work explained everything so that I understood. I would positively recommend and use them again if needed.

Yes, I was greeted with a very nice man Jack D. He was able to determine a faulty travel wire due to bad motor and dead backup battery on my LiftMaster 98022. Was advised to contact LM and see if they can send me a new unit or possible upgraded unit. Also JD was able to manual open door due to release cord being jammed inside motor unit. Again JD was very helpful ,courteous and kind. Will definitely call PGDS when new motor comes in. Thankyou Scott Benner

Excellent customer service, prompt service and reliable. We have had multiple doors installed for some new construction properties and have been very pleased.

Had problems with garage door not closing properly. The service tech who came out was great. He explained to me what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. Since the house is 33 years old and this was the original garage door I decided to have it replaced instead of repaired. Today the new door was installed and I am thrilled. Mike and Dakota did a great job. I have an attractive, hurricane rated, new door that opens and closes properly The entire process was easy. From the fact that I was able to schedule the initial appointment online to the end result. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Ron Romanelli

Excellent work - Extremely knowledgeable He knew everything about my 25 year old system and was able to maintaining it along with the door itself. He reprogram the brand new remotes without trying to sell me on an updated system. The garage door has never been this quiet.. Highly recommend!
