I was very impressed. Rare for me. I don't usually bother doing reviews because I feel most are BS. I am gonna make an exception because Joel Mullen, the service tech, deserves it. I am retired and used to turn wrenches, as a robotics tech, for a living. So I feel I know a professional when I see one. Joel was knowledgeable, efficent, and fixed the problem without trying to upsell me on unneeded parts or services. Precision was the second company that I asked to look at my concerns. The first I dismissed after 5 mins. of useless BS. While not the cheapest option, if you want it done right look no further.

Joel showed up in the early part of the four hour arrival window we were given, which was great. He did a very thorough inspection of my two garage doors, found numerous parts that needed to be replaced and, fortunately, had them on his truck. When he was done, Both of our doors worked very smoothly and made very little noise. This is not our first experience with this company or the technician, Joel, And we have been very pleased with their service.

Scheduled a visit For a single garage door repair , replace tracks and some hinges . Your employee gave me an estimate of $3,3xx. dollars to repair the problem . A new door install from your company was $1,9xx. dollars . If you have white hair , beware of this company . I am incredulous from the repair estimate . It was enough money to replace two or three doors . I would call this company poor for their estimate . I do not write bad reviews , but this just needs to be seen by prospective customers .

Yes, I was greeted with a very nice man Jack D. He was able to determine a faulty travel wire due to bad motor and dead backup battery on my LiftMaster 98022. Was advised to contact LM and see if they can send me a new unit or possible upgraded unit. Also JD was able to manual open door due to release cord being jammed inside motor unit. Again JD was very helpful ,courteous and kind. Will definitely call PGDS when new motor comes in. Thankyou Scott Benner
