Pleasant young man answering initial call was very helpful and great customer service. Made an appointment for next day between 8:00 and noon. Next day, received call from Tyler before 8:00 saying they were on their way. Beau and Tyler arrived very timely, and inspected my garage door, and ailing opener. Made recommendations, pricing, and warranty info. Thinking they would have to return later to install the selected new unit, was totalled amazed when they said it would be installed right then! These two fabulous young gentlemen were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, efficient, and tolerant of my questions.???? I honestly must say, these two were a refreshing surprise that is rare to find these days. They are certainly a credit to the folks who raised them, and positively great representatives of Precision Door. Should I need service in the future these two are my choice technicians! ????

Wow! My garage door was fixed in less than 24 hours from the time I called. The technician was timely, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. After diagnosing the problem the technician was able to fix the door without leaving to get or order parts. I would recommend and use this service in the future.

It was a great experience from the time I first called and set-up the appointment with Precision Door to come and give me quote, until the Installer left. I wish there were more companies these days that show the professionalism that Precision showed. The three different young men who came out first the two who came to give me a quote and the installer were courteous professionals who knew what they were doing. I was in need of a garage door repair, as it wouldn't open or close properly. I called up Precision Door Service and they said that I needed to have all of the moving parts including the two springs (that help lift the door up) replaced. Both of the technicians were very congenial and explained all of the problems to me. They said that the springs were not supportive enough and put a huge strain on the motor and if I wouldn't have called when I did the motor would have burned out as well. They replaced all of the moving parts with new ones and fixed the alignment of the door to the floor, and when they were done I could almost lift the door with one finger. The new wheels were made of some rubbery material which made the door much quieter when opening or closing. They also installed a new rubber gasket underneath the door and I purchased a new remote control from them as well. All in all a very good but expensive day. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Just wrapped up a Precision Door appointment. Scott was our technician and although it always hurts to spend money, Scott made it tolerable with his superb service, knowledge and skill. I pretty much new I needed new springs but Scott also found a few other items that required correction. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone requiring garage door service at any level.
