Our serviceman, Ryan Hunt, was awesome! He called ahead for our appointment, had the necessary parts on board his truck, was timely on completing the repair of our springs and tuned up the garage door so it runs better than we first moved here. Hey Precision, Ryan is a keeper!

Thomas did an excellent job of inspecting my garage door, catching a couple of things I had not realized were a problem. He replaced my springs and installed new neoprene rollers. He clearly knew what he was doing and left me feeling confident in the repairs and upgrade. The door now operates smoothly and quietly.

We were able to have a tech come out the same day that was important to us as our garage door was not locking, opening or closing. Our tech Thomas was courteous, professional and personable. He was able to figure out the problem and took care of it he also explained what he did. No crazy $ or up charge We would recommend Precision door service

Shout Out to Precision Door Service of Central Florida (877) 583-3233. My garage door went off track around 5pm. 5:30pm, I called Precision Door. I had a technician ready at 9:40am the next morning, complete overhaul of the garage door system completed before noon. Prior to arrival, I had a email with a photo and resumé of the technician. Prior to starting work, I was shown a complete set of parts that would be necessary and a total cost of the project. Upon completion of the repair, I received 4 emails showing before and after photos, invoice, and 10-year warrantee for parts and labor!
