Dakota came to replace my garage door. He called ahead and arrived in a timely fashion. Although I offered to move anything in the garage that was in the way he moved it himself. Once finished Dakota educated me on all the maintenance and materials. There was a small imperfection in the bottom seal of the door and he replaced immediately. Very pleasant and great work!

We had an issue with one of the garage doors, and having dealt with Precision Garage Doors in the past, gave them a call. An appointment was set for the next morning. The technician, Joel Mullen, called us while he was in route and let us know he would arrive in 20 minutes. When he arrived, I explained and showed him the trouble area. He did an evaluation and explained why he would recommend certain work to make sure the job was done right, not just a band aid to "fix" the immediate problem. Joel also inspected the other garage door and provided a summary of things that were in need of repair. Then he provided a cost estimate for all the work like a cafeteria where you could pick and choose what you want and can afford. Joel went to work immediately and during the repair, would explain what he was doing and why. Overall, you can probably find a company that will make necessary repairs but will not look out for your long-term needs. Don't make the mistake of trying to save pennies when you are losing dollars. It took a few hours to make all the repairs. At one point, Joel mentioned he just couldn't get the balance on the big door right. He proceeded to try a few solutions until the right solution was found. Some people might think this is obsessive; but not me, Joel was truly looking out for my long-term satisfaction and a properly function system that complimented the various components, so they worked in harmony.

Thomas evaluated my issue, told me what I needed and the price for each item. I selected what replacements I wanted and he did the work immediately. “We came to work” he said. Thomas did a great job and my doors now work like new. I am a satisfied customer and recommend this company.

Your technician , Thomas Norman, called ahead and showed up very quickly. He quoted a price, my wife and I thought was too high. Tom asked what it would take to do the job. We asked for $1000.00 less and then agreed. Tom was one of the best technicians I’ve ever met. As a fellow Veteran, I appreciated his great work ethic. I would describe him as an expert “Craftsman” at his trade. Very pleased with the job, but also think the price of the motor and material was very over-priced.

Louis Hudson. can't help but feel we were ripped off. Due to the Saturday service call and bad weather approaching. DO not use these folks without another estimate. $3600 bucks for a Garage door motor and new springs. ? No new door. Unfortunately I have found out we probably paid double of what we should have. My fault for not getting another estimate. Unfortunately with the hurricane coming we felt like we had no choice.

Thomas did an excellent job of inspecting my garage door, catching a couple of things I had not realized were a problem. He replaced my springs and installed new neoprene rollers.
