We moved to a different house and had to rebuild two garage doors. Service was done within 6hrs of calling. Two new openers with springs, cables the works. Very happy with work and the installers. Garage was left very clean. Highly recommend this company. We had previously used them for same thing on our last house. Price was very good.

I called because one of the springs had broken on my 30 yr old garage door. An actual person answers the phone and quickly sets up an appointment. The appointment is confirmed to a window of time and then updated to a specific time the day of the appointment. The technician showed up promptly. I was satisfied with diagnosis and recommendations. A repair person arrived within and hour and installed th new hardware and the door works very well.

I don't know what is wrong with my garage door openers, but your price seemed very high. The door still opens with the wall control. The two clickers don't work. If you can offer the reason for such a high price, I may understand better

Informative email was sent prior to servicing day which gave information about the technician coming to the house. The technician patiently listened to the issue and in turn explained to me what was going on and gave the recommendation. The mechanical error got fixed and he also changed the rubber lining at the bottom of the door and adjusted it so as to make sure there was no gap at the bottom. Yes, I do recommend Precision Door Service !
