I honestly don't normally provide negative feedback but was extremely disappointed in the estimate I received. Being a recent widow I researched what my repair and maintenance cost could possibly be. The tech was very nice and friendly. He carefully explained what would be best to maintain my doors for a longer life. He worked up the estimate and I was completely shocked. He said that springs for 4 garage doors and replace the wheels would be $6,600.00. Approximately 1000% more that the average cost according to research. He nicely explained that the average cost is based from all over the country. OMG! Are we not part of the country? I called a family member and he was amazed as well since he just had two brand new garage doors installed for less than $3,000.00. This was blatant price gouging based on my home and being a female. Sad world we are living in. So disappointed in this company!!!

My husband chose this service based on reviews he read. Technician was able to come the next day and came on time, giving me a “ window” at first, and then a 30 minute “ will be there” call. He was able to quickly pinpoint the issues with the door ( worn out springs). Had all he needed in truck and repair was done. Was here about one hour.

I am a senior women. Someone from Precision showed up to give a quote. He wanted to charge me $3000 and was trying to pressure me into signing a contract. Just because I am a senior and a women doesn't mean I'm stupid. I told him that I would be getting more quotes. Turns out that I got a quote for a better garage door opener (Liftmaster) for $532. SHAME ON YOU PRECISION FOR TRYING TO RIP ME OFF..

I phoned and the guy was here within 2 hours! What other company does that? A few years ago, I phoned them and got the same speedy service. He replaced the required parts immediately--no need to inspect and do a follow up appointment. OK, wasn't cheap but I bet it wasn't out of line with what others would have charged. 28-year-old garage door like brand new again! Thank you, Precision!

Excellent refurbishing of our 20-year old garage door with a new spring, rollers, opener, controls, and additional hinges and rail. Our garage door works like a dream and better than when it was new. All needed replacement parts were on the truck. Thomas did a great job with the installation, plus he made sure I understood how the new controls work and explained and showed me everything that he did.

Our garage door stopped opening and we needed help, quick. I called precision, they answered the phone immediately. I spoke to a person that I could understand and who took action. This was on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday 12/2, am, Joel, the technician arrived right on time and even emailed us in advance. In a short amount of time he told us what had to be done and what the price would be. He had all the parts with him and went right to work. He was very professional explaining the various Items needed and answered all our questions. Later that morning the door worked much better then it ever did. He had a thorough knowledge of the products and took us through all the features of our new opener. We could not be happier, and recommend Precision in the highest manner.
