We had the good fortune of finding the local Precision Door Service when we lived in Merritt Island FL, so when we needed a complete rebuild of our garage door here in Alachua we called Precision Door serving north central Florida and were rewarded with the same outstanding service. Thomas came the same day we called. He did a thorough inspection and developed a list of needed replacement parts. As a guy with a technical background I appreciated his detailed explanation of the need for each replacement part. He had everything needed on the truck, the door was fixed quickly to like new condition and at a fair price. Thomas is a great asset and representative for the Precision Door company. Very professional and prompt. Called about noon for a checkup on a garage door that wouldn't work. Tech was here by 3:15 and said that a complete replacement was needed and that they could get it fixed that afternoon. A 2nd tech came to help within 15 min and they had the whole job done by 6pm. I would use them again if there were any other problems.
