Our door was serviced on 8/5/21. After 3 emails to Mr Walden and Mr Cain and 1 message left for them with Customer Service to discuss a few issues, I have had no response. That is not what I would call acceptable customer service.

Mason came last Sunday afternoon never tried to make any adjustments only said we needed new motors on our screen and door. I told him the screen was new less than a month old. He gave me an estimate of 2619. I told him to go ahead because I thought he knew what he was doing. On Monday my wife wanted to know from the workman why they had new motors for the screen and the door. She then called the screen installer and your firm. The end result talking to your firm was a price of 1100 for work completed. After nearly 4 hours the workmen had my door and screen working again. I feel I was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge about the door and was lied to concerning the screen. I am not happy with your company and will pass that along to neighbors and friends.

John, it's unfortunate after everything we did to rectify this situation you still posted a negative review. We actually only charge $800 for the work we did, and we had over 12-man hours on the job. Mason advised against replacing the new motor, but the understanding was you would like the motor replaced to keep the warranty with us. After your wife disagreed with this decision, we decided to only do 1/2 of the original work you wanted. This is why the original quote form $2619 dropped to $1100. We thought you and your wife were happy with the outcome. Once I received the negative review, I called you back and offered you 100% of your money back.
