Precision Garage Door, Technician Joel did a GREAT JOB!! Joel is competent, courteous, and fast..was VERY HELPFUL in explaining everything. Joel is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Grade: A++. Jessica answered the phone when I called on Sunday—she’s very sharp! Jessica was able to give me a next day appointment! (I got an actual human being instead of a machine on a weekend!) My wife, Cynthia Curtis, called around looking for a reliable company to do what we thought would be a small job. Well, that 'small' job tuned out to be a rather involved job, but we had Joel Mullen for our technician and boy were we glad. Joel proved to be the person we would have chosen if we had a choice. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, explained everything we needed to know and was a wonderful person to do our job. He itemized every detail of the job and provided the least expensive avenue to help us save as much money as he could, including a 10% discount for my being a veteran. All told, we were VERY HAPPY with his work and cost savings. He was super!!!

I selected multiple companies from Google. Precision was by far the most professional when contacted. Joel came out to provide an estimate. I recd a text prior from the company with a picture of the technician that would be coming. Joel was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me all my options and how the company could work with us. We could not have been more pleased.

What a refreshing surprise! Why, because what I was told on the phone happened. There was no charge for the service call, and the repair person was knowledgeable in his craft. The work was thorough, and he provided total service, including programming our garage door openers. Everything was right, the truck was clean, and the uniformed repairman fixed what I could not do. Great job!

Was shopping for a garage opener to replace my old broken one. A representative from your company, a Mr.Joel Mullins came to my place today. He did everything in his power to help me. I have a son missing his legs and a diabetic. I am committed to helping him but his care has been costly and hard on me physically. He offered me an opener I could afford fixed my springs and rollers and offered me three interest free payments. Now I can get my son’s wheelchair in and out of my car without taking trips in and out to open the house, garage and do it again and again. I just want to thank you for sending me Joel today, because if him my load is a little less heavy!

Joe was very professional and very knowledgeable. He showed up when scheduled and got right to work. Showed me the problems and gave me the options to repair. Once I selected what I wanted done he got busy. He did a thorough and professional job. Explained what was done and showed us how to operate everything and also included what we should do for maintenance. Would have Joe back to do any work needed. He was a pleasure to work with.

I had said I wasn't going to do a review, but since I got emailed one I felt maybe I should. I wouldn't recommend Precision Door. I had two company's (including yours) that tell me I have the wrong springs installed. The irony is, your company installed them and won't stand behind them. Yes, it was before I bought the home with the springs, but I am shocked when the company that installed them, says they are wrong, yet, won't replace them, but they will sell me new ones. Then, the head unit is bad (possibly because of wrong springs?) Of course, they will sell me a new head unit. Joel, the tech, calls "the boss" and gets me "special pricing". It reminded me of buying a vehicle. (let me talk to my manager). All in all, very disappointed in Precision Door. I would neither recommend nor use them.
