Joel is my dude! He re-built my garage door. Did we meet your expectations? Actually, no. Exceeded my expectations thanks to Joel. Did we solve your problem? Yes. Joel also diagnosed and fixed potential future problems. Were the people who represent our company courteous and professional? Yes. The honesty Joel demonstrated speaks volumes regarding his expertise and for the company he represents. Bottom line, I have found my new company when it comes to repairing and servicing garage doors, and Joel is the technician for me.

Knowledgeable, Professional, and Reliable! I know because they came back as promised to fix a minor challenge I had. They fixed and warrantied a previous installation by the Door Doctor which turns out was a mess. I am putting them on Our Community Vendor Listing so that I share with our 3,250 homes (probably close to 6k residents) a good Company that we can trust. I am an influencer in our community, so I hope they do good with this review! My challenges, cost me 3.5 K but I know I've got a GREAT SYSTEM NOW with a good warranty.

Joel Mullen, the technician did an excellent job repairing and replacing just about everything except the doors and roller guides. He was very thorough and made sure to answer any questions we had regarding the new system. Our door operates great now and is very quiet! Thank you!

You solved the problem but not until I got past his sales pitch of 18,000$ No! not a fan of upselling! I had him fixed what needed to be fixed for #3K! Garage works but not impressed with a sales type manner. Im not buying a car!

We live in Massachusetts and over the phone scheduled service for my father in Florida. Everything went very well from scheduling with Natasha in the office to Joel performing the repairs. Though not urgent, Natasha scheduled same day service. Joel was on time, sent email and text updates and explained everything to us here in MA. My father is thouroughly pleased with the repair saying that he hasn't seen a hardworker like Joel in a long time and he went over everything he was doing. Thank you!

We had an issue with one of the garage doors, and having dealt with Precision Garage Doors in the past, gave them a call. An appointment was set for the next morning. The technician, Joel Mullen, called us while he was in route and let us know he would arrive in 20 minutes. When he arrived, I explained and showed him the trouble area. He did an evaluation and explained why he would recommend certain work to make sure the job was done right, not just a band aid to "fix" the immediate problem. Joel also inspected the other garage door and provided a summary of things that were in need of repair. Then he provided a cost estimate for all the work like a cafeteria where you could pick and choose what you want and can afford. Joel went to work immediately and during the repair, would explain what he was doing and why. Overall, you can probably find a company that will make necessary repairs but will not look out for your long-term needs. Don't make the mistake of trying to save pennies when you are losing dollars. It took a few hours to make all the repairs. At one point, Joel mentioned he just couldn't get the balance on the big door right. He proceeded to try a few solutions until the right solution was found. Some people might think this is obsessive; but not me, Joel was truly looking out for my long-term satisfaction and a properly function system that complimented the various components, so they worked in harmony.

Was a bit shocked at how much things are going up in general, which is not the fault of this company. I received a call approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the representative's arrival.Joel Mullen came out to do repairs for me. He went over the entire door and mechanism. He thoroughly explained everything. He gave me price options on certain parts. I was very pleased with his work ethic, courteous manner and professionalism. I would recommend this company and highly recommend Joel.

Joel of Precision Garage Door was great. I used this company to replace the door only, using the opener that was older last year. The motor gave out today, so I called Precision again for repair @/or replacement. Same day, I had it replaced & running great. Plus Joel loved my dog. Thx

After a bang and a jam I figured the door needed work. Went to the Precision website and found that even on a Saturday I could get an appointment. Zion showed up and started the work but it got late and we said he could finish Sunday. Unfortunately, he could not make it back so Joel came out and finished the job. All knew hardware and a new Genie opener. Couldn't be happier.

Jerry Young

Service person was Very Personable and talked to us on our level and showed concern. When I asked about the horrible screeching sound when the door was raised with the new motor, he said he would spray and it should get better. We now need to endure the inconvenience of another service visit for our Brand New opener to be relieved of the horrible screeching loud sounds when it is operated.

Joel came out, assessed my garage doors & I have no complaints. He did not do a hard sales job, thank God. He is fine with me looking over my estimate, etc., as mine is a large repair job. I was happy with him & appreciated the immediate service. He was professional & courteous. I picked Precision because of the great reviews. I will have Precision do the repairs soon.

I called Precision Garage to schedule a service because our garage door (which was always loud and clunky) started to make more noise. They were able to schedule us for the next morning. Joel arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and then did a very thorough inspection of the entire system- door, opener, tracks, wheels, hinges, etc. Once he was done, he discussed with me what he’d found. He showed me his areas of concern, and what areas were in good shape. Joel was patient with my questions, and even spoke with my husband on the phone, so that we both had a clear understanding. He was able to make our needed repairs the same day. Our garage door is now whisper quiet and works beautifully! Their work and materials came with nice warranty. We could not be happier. Thank you, Precision Garage, for taking care of us!

My garage door met an untimely incident which required attention. I contacted Precision Door after doing some careful research for service and reliability in the company. I contacted Precision to have an estimate conducted. Joel Mullen came out and did a thorough evaluation of my garage door. He completely evaluated and showed me the problems and what needed to be done. Joel was very informative and worked hard with me to get the repairs conducted. After agreeing with his plan, he immediately got to work, Joel restored and upgraded my garage door in a short time, and showed outstanding quality workmanship and detailed repair skills. Upon completion, he demonstrated the operation and throughly walked us thru the upkeep procedures, making sure we understood the proper care. My wife and I were totally amazed at the operation of the garage door on the operating area quietness of it. If you're looking for a top notched company for repairs and services, Precision Door is definitely your go to. Thank you so very much for your services.
