Professional looking website! I was able to book my appointment for the next day. Joel Mullen was very professional and explained all of my options. Once I decided, he completed the installation within a few hours and my old garage door is better than new! He converted from an old cable system to new springs and rollers. My garage door opener pooped out. I called several companies for an estimate. Precision was in contact with me almost immediately. After establishing the cost of replacing my opener, the opener was replaced with a quality belt driven opener, very quiet. He also suggested replacing the door rollers. My door now works perfectly, is quiet, and the repairman lubricated all the moving parts. Job well done. Would recommend their services.

Signed a contract on 11/20/2023 for a new garage door and opener, several weeks and several unreturned calls from Amy and still no install date, just excuses, first waiting on permit, then looking for a new vendor. Time to send a certified letter requesting cancellation and refund. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. It has now bern over 30 days of lies.
