Precision Garage Door was THE most fantastic company to work with. My garage door opener/motor was shot..just when I was leaving for work...and door wouldn't close. I called them right away..and Tyler answered and got me all set up with an appt asap that day...very helpful and pleasant. They sent Joel out to service the garage motor..and he was able to get to the house asap even before the time frame window. Joel assessed the situation and took me step by step what needed to be done. He was so nice and patient with all of my questions...since I know nothing about garage openers. He sent me before and after pictures...worked so hard all day, called to let me know when he finished. Joel was just one of the best technicians I have ever encountered. Amazing company and employees...I would highly recommend them

Joel was very professional from start to finish. He explained very clearly the problem and what needed to be done to resolve the problem. He made sure we understood the garage door remotes and how to use them. Plus, he programmed our car with remote to open door. Excellent job Joel many thanks, John Royal.

Joel was the technician that came to our house and quoted us our needs. We knew the garage door hardware and opener were in bad shape, but Joel explained everything very well and did the job same day. No pressure on sales either. Wow, just Wow!!! When Joel was finished the garage door ran so quiet and smooth. We are very happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs for garage door. Thank you!

I was very impressed. Rare for me. I don't usually bother doing reviews because I feel most are BS. I am gonna make an exception because Joel Mullen, the service tech, deserves it. I am retired and used to turn wrenches, as a robotics tech, for a living. So I feel I know a professional when I see one. Joel was knowledgeable, efficent, and fixed the problem without trying to upsell me on unneeded parts or services. Precision was the second company that I asked to look at my concerns. The first I dismissed after 5 mins. of useless BS. While not the cheapest option, if you want it done right look no further.

Joel was excellent. He explained all our options for our garage door and went over everything. Answered every question we had and thoroughly explained every detail, he's very knowledgeable and very personable yet still very professional. Highly recommended for sure!! It was a pleasure meeting him and a pleasant surprise that he even showed up to install the door with the other guys. Didn't leave until everything was perfect!!

I contacted Precision at 8:30 AM Thursday morning 10/24. My door was inoperable. I spoke to Molly about my situation and she was able to schedule Joel her technician to be at my home late in the same day. What great service by Precision. The tech arrived around 6 pm and by 7 PM Joel repaired my door. There was no service charge. Just paid for parts and labor with a 10% discount. Joel was excellent and very experienced. Thank you Precision!!

We had door openers that were from the stone age and beginning to act up. Contacted Precision and they were here the next day ready to go to work. By the end of the day we had 4 brand new, updated openers completely installed and operational. Fast, professional and personable...cannot beat it.

Joel showed up in the early part of the four hour arrival window we were given, which was great. He did a very thorough inspection of my two garage doors, found numerous parts that needed to be replaced and, fortunately, had them on his truck. When he was done, Both of our doors worked very smoothly and made very little noise. This is not our first experience with this company or the technician, Joel, And we have been very pleased with their service.

We have dealt with this company in the past and have been very very pleased. Joel has been our technician several times. He is so professional and knowledgable. I want to thank you all for responding to our emergency today. Joel answered all my questions and professionally repaired my door, and gave me options for replacing the door in the future. I will recommend this company to any one who needs repairs or a new garage door. You folks are the best and that includes Joel and his helper. Thanks again, you saved me.
