We found Ryan Hunt to be a knowledgeable, professional person who arrived as scheduled. He explained the process and the options with clarity. The quoted price was quite high and about 40% more than expected after comparing the cost of similar doors. I had a very good experience with my technician. He was courteous & polite. I ended replacing a wall door opener that was defective. He also said my opener had bad springs & shaft. I had the springs, shaft replaced & then serviced. I thought the price was pretty high but I knew the price before the work was done. I can’t complain. Overall I was pleased with the experience. I do seem to have one small issue. 3 times when closing the door it reverses & opens again. I may need to have a technician back out if this keeps happening. Thank you, Jerry Graham

I used Precision in 2023, & was very happy with the service. Today had a misunderstanding regarding service time, however the Technician was excellent. And the misunderstanding was solved by the company, to my absolute satisfaction. I am going to recommend this company to other Oak Run residents. The company will be listed on a recommendation of companies circulated to other Oak Run Residents !

Very prompt and professional service. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 star is that the only thing that was not working with our double door garage opener were the safety sensors. Instead of only those being replaced, we were told they don’t make those parts anymore (might be true, but I didnt research it) and that they only carry high end models of openers in the truck (cost approx $1,200). We said no way, then Tech offered to call office to see if got permission to install a Commercial one they have on the truck they install for Contractors/Builders for approx $800. While they checked, I checked Lowes and found many with Installation for much less. So, they l lowered their price. But install was fast and Tech was very pleasant. Hopefully it was true that that safety parts for that model are no longer available and we didn’t replace the whole unit needlessly.

I had an emergency situation due to broken spring and cable with my car trapped inside. I have a thumper garage screen and the precision office said they could repair my door. Upon arrival the technician said they could only work on my door if the screen was removed. I wanted rid of the screen anyway so he removed the screen and repaired the door. The technician did a great job and I was very happy with the job he did. My only complaint would be the price I paid. Like I said I had an emergency situation and had to get the job done.
