My dog grabbed the eye on my garage door. I called Precision and the lady said they would out between 8 and 11. I told her I have a doctors appointment and have to leave at 11. She put me in for the first call of the day. The technician was great. He repaired my door and even found a Senior discount. Thank you Precision!

My Garage door situation was pretty bad. Door itself was fine, but the entire top-end, and system that makes it go up and down was in bad shape. Booked Precision online for the next morning and they showed right up ready to go. A Little pricey but very professional with clear communication and estimates. You get what you pay for in my experience and their work shows. No shady stuff. They got me back up and running like new and QUICK! Would highly recommend!

Elizabeth Crespo

Great job by Precision Garage Door of Ocala. No pressure or hard selling. Both of your employees, Adam & Felix, were Professional, Polite, and represented your company in a positive manor. Adam explained my options clearly and answered all my questions. I believe your prices are truly competitive and fair. Great job and the only company I will use going forward.

My Precision Door was installed 6 years ago and I ask that the door be inspected for any issues over that time. The Precision Door Mechanic, Solomon arrived on time. He preformed an inspection of the install. He recommended spring replacement which I agreed with. He checked all other door parts and lubricated all moving parts. Alignment was checked and motor inspected. Door was operated several times for proper operation. Area was completely cleaned. I would highly recommend Solomon as he was precise in his inspection, very knowledgeable in door upgrades and a great mechanic. I would have him back anytime I have a garage door issue.

Sebastian Giambini

Jay was great, we spoke about the problem I was having and came to a solution which included changing the spring to a bigger size to help with the balance of the door. Pricing was a little steep but service and timing were very professional! I’d recommend.

We just closed on this house in Ocala and we live in upstate NY. My wife is at the Ocala house for first time and Solomon worked with her on the door project while FaceTime’ing me on and off. The whole process was very simple and understandable regarding what was best final approach. Great job Solomon !!

My door came in a week early and was installed the same week. The installers explained the process and answered all my questions. I bought a new door and opener. Everything was replaced. Have 2 remotes, keypad, and online camera to view deliveries from Amazon. And it's so quiet and has back-up batteries for when there are power outages. Wireless key pad.

Called Precision because my garage door wouldn't open or close. I have a standard 7ft door connected to a 1/2 hp motor. After immediately getting out of the truck I was told I would need a new motor. The tech said he would put together an estimate and come get me when he was done. I was rather surprised when he came back with a $4000 job and a cheaper option as he put it of $2500. After looking it over I told him id get back to him. $250 at home depot and an hour an half later I saved myself $2250 to $3750. I dont recommend these scam artist.

Felix and Adam did a great job installing a new garage door opener yesterday, with new springs, pulleys, door braces, keypad, etc. and programmed the 2 remotes. I had numerous questions for Felix regarding new parts needed and the corresponding prices. He was very patient and explained everything to my satisfaction.

Our Technician From Precision Door was on time called on his way to give us an estimated time he would be there and he was. He went over with us our problems and concerns and then did an inspection and proposed things to do to improve the safety and functionality of the door in order of the most important first to least important last and gave us option of picking and choosing what we wanted to have done then put together a price and we excepted and within an hr or 2 he was done everything he said he would do he did and went above and beyond anything we ever expected. We appreciated Precision coming out on Saturday we couldn't get our door up or down so we were very happy they were able to help us so quickly. We would say the price was on point for the quality and Professionalism the tech showed thru the whole process. Thanks Precision we will recomend you to all people that we know. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

From the same-day scheduling of the repair and upgrade of our garage doors to the rapid and accurate completion of all the work, this is a fine company with excellent customer focus. The technician repairing our doors, Thomas Norman, gave a thorough assessment of the health of our equipment, and broke down a detailed cost estimate and risk analysis of various courses of action. The results of his effort are spectacular. The doors operate quietly and benefit from the addition of spare parts intended to make the door structure more rugged.
