The service call for my garage door and opener was scheduled promptly. The service person, Joel, arrived on time and diagnosed the problems with both the door and opener. He was very courteous and professional. Told me what my options were and scheduled another crew to come in to perform the repairs within an hour of the first visit. The two service men who did the repairs were also courteous and professional. They performed the work quickly and easily explained various aspects of the functioning of the opener. Everything is in good working order now and if I ever need additional repairs I would not hesitate to use their service again.

I called for an estimate for a garage door replacement. When the technician came my garage opener was working good no problems. They took it apart left wires hanging and loose. They didn’t not put it back to together properly and it was not working when they leave. I called and they told me they couldn’t send anyone out until the next day to fix fix. Very unprofessional service. If I can give a zero on the review I would. Do not use precision garage door stay away from them.

Everyone I spoke to was very professional and nice. I was given an appointment for a Saturday and there was no extra charge for the weekend visit. Beau was the service man and he also was very polite and arrived on time. He knew immediately what the problem was and was able to repair my door during the visit. Our garage door was acting weird. Sometimes the door would not close other times it would open on it's own! I called Precision and they said they would send a man right out. He arrived in about 45 minutes and was very nice and knowledgeable. After he did a 25 point inspection it was obvious that we needed a lot of work. We bought the house 15 years ago and there was a lot of wear and tear. 2 1/2 hours later our door was fixed. New springs, new motor, door adjustments, etc. Thank you Beau and Mike for a great job.

I set up a time -- 12:00 pm -- for Precision Door Service to come and see what happened to my door. To my surprise I had 3 calls to tell me they could come earlier. Unfortunately for me, I had turned my phone off to sleep. Though later I saw what could be and changed that. Promptly I was contacted to say a repairman could be here immediately. I quickly dressed and got outside just in time. I was informed that the old system had suffered a burn-out. What to do? Choices were offered and I went for the best. I was no easy task, but through the sweat and short rain shower Mr. Rodriguez prevailed. I am very impressed with his workmanship and ability. He got me back to sanity! You can't imagine how difficult it is manage a door this size with my age. Precision Door was there when I needed them, with prompt and efficient service. My, oh my, how quiet and wonderful it is to see that mass of metal opening and closing at the launch of a button! I'm sure this will last me far into the future.

Excellent response time from start to finish less than 48 hours to rebuild/replace garage door operator system bringing it in to the current decade in terms of functionality. Contacted Precision on 11/16 and the work was completed to satisfaction, job site cleaned and system operational by end of day 11/17. Joel the estimator did an assessment of what we needed variable on repair vs total replacement and due to the fact the property is going to be on the market in the coming year we opted for repair saving over $2000. Chris the technician and his manager who arrived onsite to assist worked as a team non-stop until the job was done. The LiftMaster system has a myQ APP that ties to our existing systems. Would recommend Precision Door Service without hesitation.
