Knowledgeable, Professional, and Reliable! I know because they came back as promised to fix a minor challenge I had. They fixed and warrantied a previous installation by the Door Doctor which turns out was a mess. I am putting them on Our Community Vendor Listing so that I share with our 3,250 homes (probably close to 6k residents) a good Company that we can trust. I am an influencer in our community, so I hope they do good with this review! My challenges, cost me 3.5 K but I know I've got a GREAT SYSTEM NOW with a good warranty.

This company is wonderful. I contacted the company to make an appointment and a couple days the tech came out. The tech was wonderful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, and he didn’t push me to buy something that I didn’t need. I definitely would use this company again.

Quick response to repair need. Very professional. Call and repair completed all within 2 1/2 hours. As a widow, I appreciated not being taken advantage of.

Joel Mullen, the technician did an excellent job repairing and replacing just about everything except the doors and roller guides. He was very thorough and made sure to answer any questions we had regarding the new system. Our door operates great now and is very quiet! Thank you!

This was the the best service we have EVER received for anything! There are not to many companies that will come out on a weekend without charging a fee, welll this is one of them and to probably have there best employee on top of that. He was a 5 star worker with an extremely large amount of knowledge on what should be done not only so we don’t have repeat work but safety along with it. Thank you for being here so quickly and for being so efficient.

You solved the problem but not until I got past his sales pitch of 18,000$ No! not a fan of upselling! I had him fixed what needed to be fixed for #3K! Garage works but not impressed with a sales type manner. Im not buying a car!

Mr. Morales, Thank you for your email! That is very kind and professional, we appreciate it. We were very impressed with Zion. He is a fine young man and a good representative for your company. He took time to explain what work needed to be done and why. Then he spent four hours carefully and skillfully installing everything. After he completed the installation he cleaned up everything and left it as he found it. Our garage door opener works very well and we are pleased with it. We are generally pleased with our experience your company, setting up the appointment, your flexibility in rescheduling it, the promptness in arriving, Zion's manner, professionalism, and skill was impressive, but we are left with the sense that we were charged more than we should have been, even with the 10% "discount". In light of that, it would be hard for us to recommend your company to others. Sincerely, Brad Snyder Ocala, FL

Joel of Precision Garage Door was great. I used this company to replace the door only, using the opener that was older last year. The motor gave out today, so I called Precision again for repair @/or replacement. Same day, I had it replaced & running great. Plus Joel loved my dog. Thx

Had new springs, cables, bearings and hardware replaced, including custom labor to an old, poorly original installed garage door system and structure. Rob did great job bringing it back to life and now operates perfectly. Highly recommend this company. Great value for the price I paid.
