My garage door wasn’t working properly. I called Precision Garage Doors and was able to get a Saturday appointment. That alone, was a A+ for me. Then, Thomas comes to my home, immediately he was very impressive. Very polite, then in no time he has both doors working. Thomas is the BEST!!! He explained everything in detail, reprogramed both garage doors and remotes in no time. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciate his kindness and the garage door education he gave me. While changing my rollers I screwed up and the cables came loose. They charged 350 dollars for an hours worth of labor to put my own cables back on. The invoice said rehang door. Will never call them again! The tech told me if I wanted the door quiet I would need to change to a belt drive. B.S I lubed it myself and now it's quiet!

I contacted Precision at 8:30 AM Thursday morning 10/24. My door was inoperable. I spoke to Molly about my situation and she was able to schedule Joel her technician to be at my home late in the same day. What great service by Precision. The tech arrived around 6 pm and by 7 PM Joel repaired my door. There was no service charge. Just paid for parts and labor with a 10% discount. Joel was excellent and very experienced. I called for an estimate and I asked if they can come out today. They came to my house with in 30 min gave me an estimate. The estimate was not in my budget. The technician made some phone calls and was able to bring the price down to where I was able to afford. The job was done with in a couple hours and my garage door works great. Absolutely fabulous! Garage door wouldn't open. I called at 7am and Rob was there by 8:30am. Door was realigned, straightened and weather stripping was adhered to the bottom. This business does it right the first time because they also installed the door efficiently.

I was apprehensive about getting my "dead" garage door back in working order on a Sunday morning. I phoned Precision and was surprised at how easy it was to make an appointment for a few hours later that same Sunday a.m. The truck and technician arrived very punctually and I was impressed with his technical knowledge and easily established rapport with me. But what most impressed me was his obvious dedication to safety at all costs. He carefully explained what had caused the problem and after an inspection of the door an its attachments, he explained what had happened and what had to be done to fix it...then and there. He was a hard working technician and got the door back in better working order than it had been before the problem arose. If he's representative of the company's service, I'll be back if there is ever a problem with the door. Oh, and the price was very reasonable. I'm a VERY happy customer!
