Precision Garage Door, Technician Joel did a GREAT JOB!! Joel is competent, courteous, and fast..was VERY HELPFUL in explaining everything. Joel is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Grade: A++. Jessica answered the phone when I called on Sunday—she’s very sharp! Jessica was able to give me a next day appointment! (I got an actual human being instead of a machine on a weekend!) Grade: A++.

While he was working , he didn't mind answering any other questions I asked, even those that did not deal with my specific problem, - like how the door actually works.

My wife, Cynthia Curtis, called around looking for a reliable company to do what we thought would be a small job. Well, that 'small' job tuned out to be a rather involved job, but we had Joel Mullen for our technician and boy were we glad. Joel proved to be the person we would have chosen if we had a choice. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, explained everything we needed to know and was a wonderful person to do our job. He itemized every detail of the job and provided the least expensive avenue to help us save as much money as he could, including a 10% discount for my being a veteran. All told, we were VERY HAPPY with his work and cost savings. He was super!!!

I used Precision in 2023, & was very happy with the service. Today had a misunderstanding regarding service time, however the Technician was excellent. And the misunderstanding was solved by the company, to my absolute satisfaction. I am going to recommend this company to other Oak Run residents. The company will be listed on a recommendation of companies circulated to other Oak Run Residents !

Was shopping for a garage opener to replace my old broken one. A representative from your company, a Mr.Joel Mullins came to my place today. He did everything in his power to help me. I have a son missing his legs and a diabetic. I am committed to helping him but his care has been costly and hard on me physically. He offered me an opener I could afford fixed my springs and rollers and offered me three interest free payments. Now I can get my son’s wheelchair in and out of my car without taking trips in and out to open the house, garage and do it again and again. I just want to thank you for sending me Joel today, because if him my load is a little less heavy!

Very prompt and professional service. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 star is that the only thing that was not working with our double door garage opener were the safety sensors. Instead of only those being replaced, we were told they don’t make those parts anymore (might be true, but I didnt research it) and that they only carry high end models of openers in the truck (cost approx $1,200). We said no way, then Tech offered to call office to see if got permission to install a Commercial one they have on the truck they install for Contractors/Builders for approx $800. While they checked, I checked Lowes and found many with Installation for much less. So, they l lowered their price. But install was fast and Tech was very pleasant. Hopefully it was true that that safety parts for that model are no longer available and we didn’t replace the whole unit needlessly.

Awesome company. Started with Ryan coming to the house and showing us the samples to pick from and the time for installing would be the following week. Compared to other companies that would take six weeks. Mike, Jordan and Shawn came when they said they would. Jordan went over the items and amount, to make sure it was right. They said it would take 4 hours and it did. The guys sure know what they are doing and very professional. Before they departed Mike went over everything with us, set up code for the garage panel. The garage door is so quiet now and safe. No more cracks. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door problems.

Great guys. Friendly but professional. Told us our options to replace our garage door opener. They did not pressure us to pick a more expensive unit. Outstanding service. Immediate response to our call. Within three hours a Precision Door Mechanic was at our home. Daniel did an excellent job evaluating the damage and explaining the necessary repairs and cost. He completed the job in a timely manner. Daniel not only repairied the damaged door but put the door back into operation as if it were new. His professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. If only others in the service industry treated prospective customers as well as Daniel handled the Pucketts He should be rewarded for his work and be placed in a leadership role in your company, where he can train and manage other employees which in the end, will enhanse your company's business. Thomas came fully equipped to recommend and install a new garage door opener. Price did seem high.
