I am very happy with the prompt service!! My garage door opener was not working… after troubleshooting and calling the genie company, it was determined I needed a new receiver board. I called precision door to repair the unit. Thomas came out and did a thorough inspection and found the unit was in very bad condition. We decided to replace the unit. It was very affordable and Thomas did a very professional installation. I would recommend this company.

We contacted Precision Door Service after we had some work done by another company and wee not happy with it. We knew that Precision worked in OTOW and decided we would try Precision. WE called and were given a date and time. The service person called and let us know that he was on his way. After a thorough inspection he advised us as to what needed to be done and gave us a price. WE decided to go ahead with the job. The service person was one of the nicest people we have worked with. He explained everything so we could understand it. He went over everything when he finished. We would definitely use Precision Door Service again.

Our door was making strange noises, it sounded like it was ready to fall off track. The response of the team was great. I called for service around 11:00 and I had a new unit done by 4:00. Found Precision on the internet. They set up an appt for early the following day. Kept me informed when the tech was going to arrive. The tech - Tyler - arrived on time, assessed the problem. He said it was the board in the motor. Ended up replacing the motor and upgraded the springs. Work was completed in less than 2 hours. Tyler was on time, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
