Was having issues with one of my garage openers. Beau came out and listened to my issues and evaluated my systems. Beau was respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. Beau gave me an honest evaluation of my equipment and several options to repair or replaced. He was not pushing anything and gave honest trustworthy advice. I respected his knowledge and trustworthy advice. Beau installed a new garage opener and made some repairs to the door. Very professional work and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.

Daniel Hammond was on time, very cordial and extremely professional. After diagnosing and fixing the problem with the garage door opener, he inspected the entire door system and pointed out the cable drums weren't the correct size, and both bearing plates needed to be replaced. (Precision Doors DID NOT do the original install of this door.) Daniel installed the correct size drums and the stronger bearing plates. He also showed me an easy method to test the strength of the coil springs, as they do weaken over time. Precision Garage Door Service is very reputable, and I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

So happy with the service! Solomon was polite, on time, professional & made quick work of a big job! We thought it as only the springs, but, it turned out to be a bit more as our mechanisms were @ 20 years. Solomon was also very tidy in cleaning up any debris. Michael and Michael, yes both named Michael, are best garage door experts! So my dad always fixes our garage door over the years and calls others for little things here and there. But he recently got a stroke, and no longer can do these kind of things. Our garage got stuck midway and the chains on the side tangled and no longer connected along with 50 other issues.Precision garage door co hired the best experts bc they were so knowledgeable and work like the company belong to them. I’m not calling anyone else. These guys are the best! Call them. They will also give you a good deal!

Precision Garage Door Service of The Villages is one of the best companies I've dealt with. From my phone call for service to the finished job, everything was done professionally and the people I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. My garage door opening system was 22 years old with no maintenance. When it broke, everything broke! I was especially impressed to be shown what needed to be done, with an estimate showing what had to be done now and what I could put off. I decided not to wait for things to break, but approved the whole replacement. I got service that very day, the truck had all the necessary parts and the job was completed in 5 hours. Outstanding customer service.
