We were totally impressed with the service that we received from Precision Doors. After our garage door stopped working we received service the next morning. Joel & Dakota inspected our garage doors and explained fully what needed to be done to repair them. Our garage doors now work great and we are thankful for the good work they provided.

I called for an estimate and I asked if they can come out today. They came to my house with in 30 min gave me an estimate. The estimate was not in my budget. The technician made some phone calls and was able to bring the price down to where I was able to afford. The job was done with in a couple hours and my garage door works great. The technician was very friendly and went an extra mile to help us out. Best service I have received. Thank you Precision!

The 2 service workers were polite and professional. Garage works great now. Expensive, $2,861.00. Yes, I approved every suggested part. However, I recommend that service workers return any moved heavy items to its original place in the garage. I’m in my 70s and find it hard to move heavy things. I will say I probably distracted them with my questions and believe the staff would have put the items back in their place without distractions. We had an emergency service call and repair of a broken garage door spring. We needed several parts replaced including both springs and all rollers. These guys are quick. They show up on time, are fully, and I mean fully, equipped, to get you up and running. In my case, I needed 2 springs. They had both. There were some other issues I needed to keep in mind and address some time in the future, but had I wanted to do those repairs at the same time, they also had the parts and time to do it. Joel showed up in the early part of the four hour arrival window we were given, which was great. He did a very thorough inspection of my two garage doors, found numerous parts that needed to be replaced and, fortunately, had them on his truck. When he was done, Both of our doors worked very smoothly and made very little noise. This is not our first experience with this company or the technician, Joel, And we have been very pleased with their service.

Scheduled a visit For a single garage door repair , replace tracks and some hinges . Your employee gave me an estimate of $3,3xx. dollars to repair the problem . A new door install from your company was $1,9xx. dollars . If you have white hair , beware of this company . I am incredulous from the repair estimate . It was enough money to replace two or three doors . I would call this company poor for their estimate . I do not write bad reviews , but this just needs to be seen by prospective customers .

Mr. Mullen did an absolutely a most wonderful job fixing my garage door. He is an exceptional gentleman, extremely nice, absolutely very knowledgeable what he does. First, I was thrilled to get a same day appointment! He came 30 minutes into the time frame of 12 to 4. Also the service technician was able to figure out the problem quickly. He had all the parts he needed in the truck. (He even had a new garage door opener if I had needed one, which I'm glad I didn't!) I couldn't be more pleased. I called your company previously when the spring broke so I just looked at the sticker on the door when I had this problem and knew the service would be good. Thank you!
