The representative/technician was very nice and knowledgeable, took the time to explain each part's operation to me, and I now have a garage door that is so quiet and operates so smoothly it's like it runs on air. From scheduling the appointment, to the technician's expertise, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. 5 ***** and an A+.

Quick and professional single garage door repair. But - ouch! Very expensive - $3k. Car was trapped in garage so didn't really have time to check other bids/prices.

Gina Dennis

Joel was very professional and took the time to show us some basic garage door maintenance. He replaced the keypad box and programmed it.

Darryl Gullickson

Super service, our tech Jack Daniel fixed our garage door better than expected, he thought outside of the box to correct a couple problems that we had, I recommend him highly!

Daniel Hammond was on time, very cordial and extremely professional. After diagnosing and fixing the problem with the garage door opener, he inspected the entire door system and pointed out the cable drums weren't the correct size, and both bearing plates needed to be replaced. (Precision Doors DID NOT do the original install of this door.) Daniel installed the correct size drums and the stronger bearing plates. He also showed me an easy method to test the strength of the coil springs, as they do weaken over time. Precision Garage Door Service is very reputable, and I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

So happy with the service! Solomon was polite, on time, professional & made quick work of a big job! We thought it as only the springs, but, it turned out to be a bit more as our mechanisms were @ 20 years. Solomon was also very tidy in cleaning up any debris. Highly recommend Solomon at Precision Garage Doors!

Michael and Michael, yes both named Michael, are best garage door experts! So my dad always fixes our garage door over the years and calls others for little things here and there. But he recently got a stroke, and no longer can do these kind of things. Our garage got stuck midway and the chains on the side tangled and no longer connected along with 50 other issues.Precision garage door co hired the best experts bc they were so knowledgeable and work like the company belong to them. I’m not calling anyone else. These guys are the best! Call them. They will also give you a good deal!

Precision Garage Door Service of The Villages is one of the best companies I've dealt with. From my phone call for service to the finished job, everything was done professionally and the people I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. My garage door opening system was 22 years old with no maintenance. When it broke, everything broke! I was especially impressed to be shown what needed to be done, with an estimate showing what had to be done now and what I could put off. I decided not to wait for things to break, but approved the whole replacement. I got service that very day, the truck had all the necessary parts and the job was completed in 5 hours. Outstanding customer service.

Joe Anderson

Professional, completed a tune up and didn’t try to upsell. Had enough parts onhand to upgrade the items i wanted replaced. Door is extremely quiet now.

We just moved to Ocala and didn’t know who to call when our garage door quit working. Saw their excellent reviews and called them on a Saturday and they came out the next day (Sunday) and replaced the garage door all within about an hour and a half with no weekend service charge. We highly recommend them!

I purchased this new garage door in April of this year. I was given a can of lubricant spray to use twice a year. I was unclear about what I should and should not spray. I called the office, a friendly and helpful lady listened to my question, researched it herself and gave me instructions. I still was not clear; she scheduled a service call. Zion arrived this morning, sprayed the spring and the drums; and spent several minutes providing more guidance for the future. No charge. I am very pleased that I chose Precision Garage Door company and recommend it for quality produce and friendly, prompt service. The service I received is not listed below but I had to click on something to complete this review.
