Our garage door decided suddenly that it didn't want to close properly. I called Precision and they got me scheduled ASAP. I was given a 4 hour window. Scott called when he was on his way. Scott and Scott were on time and they knew what was wrong right away. They made the adjustments and my garage door was working again. We love Precision! They replaced our garage door opener and spring last year and we are very happy with their service and their staff. Scott was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. A+ service, 5 Stars, Highly recommend!!

The professional team from Precision Garage Door Service arrived the afternoon that I called with an urgent request for help. I had tried to open my garage door to drive my dog to a park when it began shaking violently, making loud noises, and not opening. I thought that it was going to fall on my car. The team, Scott and Joel, arrived and inspected the situation, taking many photos, and gave me several estimates ranging from the lowest to the highest quality parts and longest warranty. They gave me time to consider what I wanted to spend and the length of time of the warranty that I wanted. As I needed to replace the entire system, brackets, springs, motor, and the rotten wood that it was attached to on the garage walls, this was not a small job. I went with the highest quality and they ordered the materials on the spot. A different team was on the way within minutes, Tom and Tyler, to do the removal and installation. They worked until nearly 6:30pm so that the garage door would be safe and I could securely park my car again. I am very happy with the quality of the system. It is quiet and far better than the one that I had installed by a home improvement store. Their professional expertise is well worth the money. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and want to thank both of these teams for their friendly and professional demeanor while we went through the process of diagnosing and repairing my garage door system.

I was in need of a garage door repair, as it wouldn't open or close properly. I called up Precision Door Service and they said that I needed to have all of the moving parts including the two springs (that help lift the door up) replaced. Both of the technicians were very congenial and explained all of the problems to me. They said that the springs were not supportive enough and put a huge strain on the motor and if I wouldn't have called when I did the motor would have burned out as well. They replaced all of the moving parts with new ones and fixed the alignment of the door to the floor, and when they were done I could almost lift the door with one finger. The new wheels were made of some rubbery material which made the door much quieter when opening or closing. They also installed a new rubber gasket underneath the door and I purchased a new remote control from them as well. All in all a very good but expensive day. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

SCOTT MAYHEW WAS FANTASTIC!! HE EXPLAINED I NEEDED NEW SPRINGS AND ROLLERS. HE ARRAINGED FOR TWO WORKERS TO BRING THE SPRINGS AND ROLLERS, THEN INSTALL THEM FOR ME. AFTERWARDS THEY WILL DO A SAFETY CHECK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING CORRECTLY. i CALLED THIS MORNING AND THEY WERE OUT HERE AT 11:30. FAST-COURTEOUS-FAIR PRICES

Thomas the technician was extremely knowledgeable of the products he used and had extraordinary customer service. We were hesitant to accept his quote.
