I phoned and the guy was here within 2 hours! What other company does that? A few years ago, I phoned them and got the same speedy service. He replaced the required parts immediately--no need to inspect and do a follow up appointment. OK, wasn't cheap but I bet it wasn't out of line with what others would have charged. 28-year-old garage door like brand new again! Thank you, Precision!

Joel was excellent. He assessed the problem, tried to fix it with our old parts and decided we need a new remote system. He advised me of the price, which was much too high. I was about to tell him to forget it, but he came back with more tolerable figure. He installed the new unit and cleaned up. I highly recommend Joel Mullin and Precision for any garage problems.

Service on a Sunday morning--who would expect that. However, a phone call to a friendly voice assured me that a technician would soon be on his way to my house and its ailing garage door. He came on time and fixed what was wrong leaving me with a door that worked as well as the day it was first installed. The service was excellent, the cost rather reasonable. Who could ask for more? Precision is on my go-to list should I need more work on the garage door system.

What an amazing company and experience. It was Christmas day and our 2 car garage broke and we could not get out. Just by chance we figured we would call Precision and leave a message. Wow we actually got a live person. She made an appt for us the next day. Joel was there at 8 am sharp. What an amazing personality and work ethics. Precision Garage Door Service was great. We had a spring break at about 8 am and when I called I was told someone would arrive between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The technician got here just after 10:00 and went over all the items he would check out. We needed a new automatic opener in addition to the spring. He went right to work and completed the job in two hours. He explained all the new equipment and controls. I highly recommend this company for any repairs or replacement items.
