I had a broken spring on my garage door and couldn’t get it to lift at all. I called at 3:00 on a Saturday and they were here at 5:30 to get it fixed. Solomon was the tech that fixed everything and he was awesome. Super nice guy and explained everything in detail. We will use this company again and we will request Solomon.

I was in need for an emergency repair and the company was very responsive. I was told that the technician would arrive between 2-6 pm. I was fully expecting that it would be closer to 6 before they arrived. The technician arrived around 3 and within about an hour the repair was completed. He even did a full inspection of all the components and went over the inspection with me and provided a written recommendation of needed repairs. Very professional and the repair cost was very reasonable.

Precision Garage Door was my 1st choice, even though I am new to the Ocala area. The fact that their techs are company hires and not subcontractors was a major plus. The tech rep that services my needs (Jan), was polite, candid, honest, and professional in his assessment of my issues. He explained options to me to consider for my service needs based on my decision on how to proceed. At the end of the day, I chose the prudent, conservative route, which was to make a complete and correct repair, vs. a quick/bandaid repair. Jans approach to sell and service the product came with no pressure, only an honest approach to inform the customer.

Precision is the company to call if you have any problem with your garage door. They provide prompt reliable service. Their prices are very fair.

We had used Overhead Door in the past, but we got talked into trying Precision Garage Door Services when one of our garage door springs snapped. What a mistake. They were real rip-off artists. They were only interested in how much other stuff they could sell us (which it turns out we didn't need). As soon as they left, we called Overhead Door. We won’t make this mistake again. Overhead Door is our service vendor from now on. The technician did show up within an hour, but then spent the next 30-40 minutes "inspecting" the door. When he presented us with the price to fix everything, it was almost the cost of a whole new door. When we balked, then he backed off and said, maybe we didn't need everything. He came back with a shorter list, included a senior discount, but still for a whole lot more than we though it should be. Then he called his boss and they took off another couple of hundred dollars. By then we were feeling very uncomfortable. So we passed. We called Overhead Door. They were here & done in 2 hours, They inspected everything, and told us that none of the other parts that Precision said we needed were bad. We can't review Precisions work since we never got that far. It may be great, but you may pay for more than you really need. Do yourself a favor, call Overhead Door or at least get a second opinion.
