The two gentlemen were very polite knew what thy were doing and Knowledgeable about the garage door, did inspect the door to make sure everything was in working order and let us know what we need to improve on the door, but for now the door was in working condition.

I had a very good experience with my technician. He was courteous & polite. I ended replacing a wall door opener that was defective. He also said my opener had bad springs & shaft. I had the springs, shaft replaced & then serviced. I thought the price was pretty high but I knew the price before the work was done. I can’t complain. Overall I was pleased with the experience. I do seem to have one small issue. 3 times when closing the door it reverses & opens again. I may need to have a technician back out if this keeps happening. Thank you, Jerry Graham

I contacted Precision at 8:30 AM Thursday morning 10/24. My door was inoperable. I spoke to Molly about my situation and she was able to schedule Joel her technician to be at my home late in the same day. What great service by Precision. The tech arrived around 6 pm and by 7 PM Joel repaired my door. There was no service charge. Just paid for parts and labor with a 10% discount. Joel was excellent and very experienced. Thank you Precision!!

Just disappointed that Beau was not permitted to make adjustments on 2-car garage door with a screen door that was installed by Thumper. I was not told that when I made the appointment. Otherwise, I was very impressed with how well the work was done on my golf cart door!

Beau is an awesome and friendly technician he broke down and pointed out the needed repairs. They were broken down into what needs to be done today to get the door working what will go wrong maybe in a year and then one that might last to who knows when.
