Very pleased with the excellent service provided with this company. I called for appointment and they came in 2 hrs plus completed the job then!! 4 hrs and all done!! The service tech, Beau McClure and his assistant were very knowledgeable and explained things to me. They are an asset to this company.

Beau came out to look at our garage door that wouldn't close. He called me when he was about 20 minutes away, which I really appreciated because when you have a 4 hour window, you just never know! He immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Our garage door is original to the home and needs to be replaced, so we decided to stick with Precision for the replace as well just because we were so pleased with everything. Thanks again for helping us out!

Beau McClure and team mate were not scheduled until 1100. They arrived a little early. Both were courteous, professional and skilled. They completed the safety check and replaced the spring. I originally went with the company for the simple fact of brand recognition. The service I received from Joel Mullen was outstanding! This was my first experience having anything to do with my garage door. Joel was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed to work with him. He is a trusted sales representative who gave great recommendations for my needs! I was hesitant when speaking to the reservation rep because she was not able to give me an idea of pricing over the phone. She had someone call me back which was great! That individual was able to give me an idea of what to expect but truly the individual who made this experience great was Joel!!! Joel was very detail oriented and wanted the service to be perfect! In todays service culture, it was refreshing to work with someone like Joel! I would give the gentlemen 10 stars if I could. He went above and beyond! I will request Joel for every service going forward and highly recommend Joel to friends and family! Please recognize Joel for his outstanding service! He deserves all the kudos!!!!!

Pleasant young man answering initial call was very helpful and great customer service. Made an appointment for next day between 8:00 and noon. Next day, received call from Tyler before 8:00 saying they were on their way. Beau and Tyler arrived very timely, and inspected my garage door, and ailing opener. Made recommendations, pricing, and warranty info. Thinking they would have to return later to install the selected new unit, was totalled amazed when they said it would be installed right then! These two fabulous young gentlemen were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, efficient, and tolerant of my questions.???? I honestly must say, these two were a refreshing surprise that is rare to find these days. They are certainly a credit to the folks who raised them, and positively great representatives of Precision Door. Should I need service in the future these two are my choice technicians! ????

Joel Mullen did an amazing job repairing our garage door. He replaced all the hardware, springs, pullies, cables, rollers, and a new opener. The man is a working machine. He was very neat and clean We will use he again.

Four stars instead of Five because the technician was not able to come during the 4-hour window that was scheduled. He did, however, call to say he would be an hour late. Bearings were replaced, and there was no place on the survey to indicate bearings.

I called Precision Door and what a great experience! My first call was to another garage door company that had a two day wait time. Precision Door sent a technician out within two hours. Thomas, the technician, assessed the problem, explained my options, and what was entailed with each option. Once we decided in which direction I wanted to go, he set off to get the work done. Had our garage door fail the morning of August 4, 2022. Tried to reach out to the original installation company and was unsuccessful. Gave Precision a call and they were able to schedule a service call for that same afternoon. Joel, the service technician, arrived precisely on schedule and went to work. Within less than two hours Joel had our garage door fully functional, and replaced all necessary parts. At all times Joel was a perfect gentleman, answered all of our questions and was very thorough and professional. Submitted an online service request later in the evening, my door was having a meltdown. Not an emergency but important. Got a call the next morning we hadn't finished breakfast yet. Tech could be here 10-2. Tyler called, 10am arrival. Half hour, all the issues repaired and adjusted. Reasonable price and great response. Tyler was very prompt, knowledgeable and got it fixed. Would certainly call again.

We chose Precision from reading the customer reviews on your website and Google review. Thomas and Pedro came and I explained the problem that the door were unbalance after I installed fiberglass insulation. They surmised that the springs that were undersized from the builder, they installed higher capacity springs and upgraded the center bearing from plastic to metal. I would highly recommend Precision and their crew.

Found Precision on the internet. They set up an appt for early the following day. Kept me informed when the tech was going to arrive. The tech - Tyler - arrived on time, assessed the problem. He said it was the board in the motor. Ended up replacing the motor and upgraded the springs. Work was completed in less than 2 hours. Tyler was on time, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
