You solved the problem but not until I got past his sales pitch of 18,000$ No! not a fan of upselling! I had him fixed what needed to be fixed for #3K! Garage works but not impressed with a sales type manner. Im not buying a car!

He took time to explain what work needed to be done and why. Then he spent four hours carefully and skillfully installing everything. After he completed the installation he cleaned up everything and left it as he found it. Our garage door opener works very well and we are pleased with it. We are generally pleased with our experience your company, setting up the appointment, your flexibility in rescheduling it, the promptness in arriving, Zion's manner, professionalism, and skill was impressive, but we are left with the sense that we were charged more than we should have been, even with the 10% "discount". We live in Massachusetts and over the phone scheduled service for my father in Florida. Everything went very well from scheduling with Natasha in the office to Joel performing the repairs. Though not urgent, Natasha scheduled same day service. Joel was on time, sent email and text updates and explained everything to us here in MA. My father is thouroughly pleased with the repair saying that he hasn't seen a hardworker like Joel in a long time and he went over everything he was doing. Thank you!

We had an issue with one of the garage doors, and having dealt with Precision Garage Doors in the past, gave them a call. An appointment was set for the next morning. The technician, Joel Mullen, called us while he was in route and let us know he would arrive in 20 minutes. When he arrived, I explained and showed him the trouble area. He did an evaluation and explained why he would recommend certain work to make sure the job was done right, not just a band aid to "fix" the immediate problem. Joel also inspected the other garage door and provided a summary of things that were in need of repair. Then he provided a cost estimate for all the work like a cafeteria where you could pick and choose what you want and can afford. Joel went to work immediately and during the repair, would explain what he was doing and why. Overall, you can probably find a company that will make necessary repairs but will not look out for your long-term needs. Don't make the mistake of trying to save pennies when you are losing dollars. It took a few hours to make all the repairs. At one point, Joel mentioned he just couldn't get the balance on the big door right. He proceeded to try a few solutions until the right solution was found. Some people might think this is obsessive; but not me, Joel was truly looking out for my long-term satisfaction and a properly function system that complimented the various components, so they worked in harmony.

I honestly don't normally provide negative feedback but was extremely disappointed in the estimate I received. Being a recent widow I researched what my repair and maintenance cost could possibly be. The tech was very nice and friendly. He carefully explained what would be best to maintain my doors for a longer life. He worked up the estimate and I was completely shocked. He said that springs for 4 garage doors and replace the wheels would be $6,600.00. Approximately 1000% more that the average cost according to research. He nicely explained that the average cost is based from all over the country. OMG! Are we not part of the country? I called a family member and he was amazed as well since he just had two brand new garage doors installed for less than $3,000.00. This was blatant price gouging based on my home and being a female. Sad world we are living in. So disappointed in this company!!!

Was a bit shocked at how much things are going up in general, which is not the fault of this company. I received a call approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the representative's arrival.Joel Mullen came out to do repairs for me. He went over the entire door and mechanism. He thoroughly explained everything. He gave me price options on certain parts. I was very pleased with his work ethic, courteous manner and professionalism. I would recommend this company and highly recommend Joel.

My husband chose this service based on reviews he read. Technician was able to come the next day and came on time, giving me a “ window” at first, and then a 30 minute “ will be there” call. He was able to quickly pinpoint the issues with the door ( worn out springs). Had all he needed in truck and repair was done. Was here about one hour.

After a bang and a jam I figured the door needed work. Went to the Precision website and found that even on a Saturday I could get an appointment. Zion showed up and started the work but it got late and we said he could finish Sunday. Unfortunately, he could not make it back so Joel came out and finished the job. All knew hardware and a new Genie opener. Couldn't be happier.
