Service on a Sunday morning--who would expect that. However, a phone call to a friendly voice assured me that a technician would soon be on his way to my house and its ailing garage door. He came on time and fixed what was wrong leaving me with a door that worked as well as the day it was first installed. The service was excellent, the cost rather reasonable. Who could ask for more? Precision is on my go-to list should I need more work on the garage door system.

What an amazing company and experience. It was Christmas day and our 2 car garage broke and we could not get out. Just by chance we figured we would call Precision and leave a message. Wow we actually got a live person. She made an appt for us the next day. Joel was there at 8 am sharp. What an amazing personality and work ethics. He went right to work and had all the parts needed on his truck. The job was completed in a very timely manner and perfect. How lucky were we to call them. Precision Garage Door Service was great. We had a spring break at about 8 am and when I called I was told someone would arrive between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The technician got here just after 10:00 and went over all the items he would check out. We needed a new automatic opener in addition to the spring. He went right to work and completed the job in two hours. He explained all the new equipment and controls. I highly recommend this company for any repairs or replacement items.

Absolutely fabulous! Garage door wouldn't open. I called at 7am and Rob was there by 8:30am. Door was realigned, straightened and weather stripping was adhered to the bottom. This business does it right the first time because they also installed the door efficiently.

We had a problem with one of the cables of the door opener - called Precision and they had someone out in a couple of hours. The tech (who had originally installed the opener a couple of years ago) was quick and had it all working well in no time. Great service.

I was apprehensive about getting my "dead" garage door back in working order on a Sunday morning. I phoned Precision and was surprised at how easy it was to make an appointment for a few hours later that same Sunday a.m. The truck and technician arrived very punctually and I was impressed with his technical knowledge and easily established rapport with me. But what most impressed me was his obvious dedication to safety at all costs. He carefully explained what had caused the problem and after an inspection of the door an its attachments, he explained what had happened and what had to be done to fix it...then and there. He was a hard working technician and got the door back in better working order than it had been before the problem arose. If he's representative of the company's service, I'll be back if there is ever a problem with the door. Oh, and the price was very reasonable. I'm a VERY happy customer!

Evan Tucker was the technician who came out My garage door could not be opened by two big men and a gorilla lol He arrived early was polite and knowledgable and commented how old my doors were Had a nice conversation and he asked what I needed I told him I wanted to be able to open my door without breaking my back ( I am 70 years old and partially handicapped We agreed to a price and like the advertising says he fixed it right then and there took a couple of hours or so I will say the tracks were out of alignment, cables and springs not connected and wheels did not turn Now I can open and lift the garage door with 2 fingers There was no pressure sales pitch for anything (I expected him to try to sell me a garage door opener but he didn't) My experience was EXACTLY what I had expected like back years ago I very highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of the Villages And If I knew how I would have done a video Signed A Very Extremely Happy Customer SN
