Excellent response time, less than 24 hours from initial phone call to installation completion. Never talked to a recording, always a real person. Nick did the install and offered all feature and price options with no up-sell. In addition to the opener install he replaced, bearings, springs, and rollers. All service was done in 3 hours. For more than 5 years my garage has been used as a storage unit. So, when the garage door opener failed there was little reason to have it fixed immediately. Recently, however, my nephew came from Indiana to help his disabled uncle clean up the garage enough to park my car. I considered the local company that had provided all my previous service and recalled the last time when the technician came and was very rude about my inability to move some items quickly out of his way. I reviewed the other companies on the internet and chose Precision Door Service of Central Florida. I was able to schedule the appointment at my convenience online. At the appointed time technician Scott Mayhew arrived and evaluated my situation. He explained what needed to be done and what my options included. Once I decided on what I could afford to do he asked permission to return the following day to bring a trainee that he wanted to observe the service. He returned as scheduled and began the installation process. He explained each step that he would be taking and when finished he called me to the garage to go over his service. He provided me a service manual for the door opener and explained what I needed to do to maintain the equipment. Throughout the visit Scott was polite and informative. He readily answered all of my questions. At the completion he cleaned up after his work. Since there were some boxes that he needed to move in order to get to his work he returned them to their location ( big points for that) and left me as a very happy home owner. I heartily recommend Precision Door Service of Central Florida.

The Tech that installed my opener was friendly, answered questions and was very professional. Since the unit was just installed today it is to early for me to make any comment on the reliability of the opener but so far everything is working as expected.

I required a weather stripping replacement on a 16 ft. Amarr door. Precision could get a technician me the following Monday. They arrived right on time, did the replacement, and did an adjustment when I noticed a gap at the bottom of the door. After they left I noticed some other inconsistencies from the outside. When I called back for another appointment one was given to me for the next available day. Again, the technician arrived on time, with a call before coming, addressed the issue, and provided several hints for maintenance for me. I was completely pleased with the service from Precision from start to finish.

I am new to the area and the belt on my opener snapped and I didn't know who to call. So I went online and looked over the one that were close by and then did a little research to look at who seemed the best of the three I had picked and could not picked a better place than Precision ! I was scheduled for a monday repair but they finished up a job early on a Saturday and called to see if they could come early. Great ! When they got here Scott & Roger looked over the whole condition of the door & opener and gave me some other things that could make the door run better and gave me the oppertunity to accept the extra work or not - No pressure. When done everything worked great and if I need repairs in the future Precision is who I would call.

First of all the website was impressive to view! I had called another company that had an "O" in its name & scheduled an appointment and waited all day for them, they never came and they never called!!! So I was doubtful of using another company! So I went on internet and saw PRECISION.... When I called the number it was late evening but Josh answered and was most helpful. Made an appointment for the next day and was even called before Scott & Dillion arrived a few minutes later. They were very courteous and helpful with the thorough inspection of our garage door. They replaced the bottom rubber seal and did a fine job, even though it was a small job we were treated with respect. They even did a follow-up call the next day to our surprise. We will be their "advertisement" on our street & neighborhood to recommend them!! We would certainly call PRECISION again for any garage door needs. Service tech Beau was scheduled to do repair. He called 20 min to arrival to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time. Very courteous, knowledgeable and clearly went over all options and his suggestions. We settled for just the spring repair at this time and will follow up on future suggestions down the line. Without having quotes from other companies I do not know that the price was higher or lower than other companies but I am confident that we had the right tech and company to do the job correctly. Would highly recommend them again. 5.6 stars for Beau!!

Awesome, quick service! Backed into my garage and dented the bottom panel. I thought I would have had to replace the entire panel, but Scott was able to remove the dent and get the door operable again. I highly recommend!

Just wrapped up a Precision Door appointment. Scott was our technician and although it always hurts to spend money, Scott made it tolerable with his superb service, knowledge and skill. I pretty much new I needed new springs but Scott also found a few other items that required correction. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone requiring garage door service at any level.

The day I called for an appointment because my door wouldn’t open, I immediately got a phone rep who was able to schedule me within 3 hours the same day. The technician, Beau McClure with a 5 ?? rating, called to tell me when to expect him, and texted a photo of himself as well. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and concerned that I knew exactly what he had replaced, why, and how to work the new controls. He’s not worth 5 ??, he’s worth 10+ ??!! After several garage door torsion springs in our neighborhood failed we decided to have the Precision look at the existing, builder installed springs. As expected the springs were deteriorating. Precision's service personnel made recommendations for an upgrade. The options were clearly explained and after our decision they upgraded the entire system. It is now quiet, safe and perfect!
