First of all, I feel this is a very reputable company. My scheduled appointment was set between 10-noon. I received a call letting me know the technician was going to be closer to Noon. What company does this? Shortly after I received a phone call from the technician who said he was 26 minutes away. Again, this was really nice to know, and most companies are not that considerate of their customers. Technician, Joel, from Precision Door came out to my home and did an Indepth checkup. He showed me the burnt-out portions of the circuit board and safety issues with the door. I greatly appreciated his thorough explanation and when he completed his work. He left everything clean and tidy. Very impressed with this company and Joel.

From start to finish this was a great customer service experience! Precision does excellent overall communication as a company with follow-up before and after the repair. Thomas did quick work at our house and got our garage door working again but explained everything before beginning the repair. There were no surprise/hidden charges. Joel Mullen came out to my home yesterday to provide a quote on replacing my garage door. He was the ultimate professional. Our garage door stopped opening and we needed help, quick. I called precision, they answered the phone immediately. I spoke to a person that I could understand and who took action. This was on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday 12/2, am, Joel, the technician arrived right on time and even emailed us in advance. In a short amount of time he told us what had to be done and what the price would be. He had all the parts with him and went right to work. He was very professional explaining the various Items needed and answered all our questions. Later that morning the door worked much better then it ever did. He had a thorough knowledge of the products and took us through all the features of our new opener. We could not be happier, and recommend Precision in the highest manner.

Thomas and Mike were awesome. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to do a full inspection before quoting the repair, which was very fairly priced with a 10 year warranty. Once finalized, it only took them 2 hours to replace all the parts and complete the repair. This garage door runs so smooth now, no noise! Not to mention, my wife called them yesterday on a Sunday at 5pm and they had 2 techs out first thing Monday morning!

Customer service is alive and well at Precision Garage Door! This place sets the bar for how all service businesses should operate. I called just a day or 2 ago and was greeted promptly by Meghan, who made my appointment for today. Not only did my service tech Tyler Kohns show up on time, he had to wait on me to get there for about 5 minutes. He smiled and shook my hand, saying no worries and went right to work trouble-shooting my Genie 2028 opener. I reminded him that I need an estimate before he actually makes any repairs as I'm on a very strict budget. He found the problem in about 5 minutes, the sensor wire was broken. He fixed it plus reset the carraige, then made sure the wall pad plus both remotes were working correctly. I was kinda stressed out because he never gave me a quote and was worried he was going to jam me. lol...but he instead gave me an estimate for my springs to be installed as I have none now, and said no charge for today. I almost cried with happiness! It was a rough week and this young man was so kind, so quick and professional, and I was comfortable with him being in my home. A few neighbors saw the van there and asked me about the company, which I of course raved about, so expect a few more calls from my neighborhood. I called and bragged on him to the manager Anthony. Please keep this outstanding tech Precision, he's an asset to your company! This is how you do business right!

We had the good fortune of finding the local Precision Door Service when we lived in Merritt Island FL, so when we needed a complete rebuild of our garage door here in Alachua we called Precision Door serving north central Florida and were rewarded with the same outstanding service. Thomas came the same day we called. He did a thorough inspection and developed a list of needed replacement parts. As a guy with a technical background I appreciated his detailed explanation of the need for each replacement part. He had everything needed on the truck, the door was fixed quickly to like new condition and at a fair price. Thomas is a great asset and representative for the Precision Door company. I called Monday to have our garage door serviced (keypad was malfunctioning) and a technician arrived Tuesday morning to service it. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. Additionally, he gave a thorough check of all components of the door - the opener, the door itself, the bearings, springs, etc. and made some recommendations. We are very pleased with this company, the technician, the service and the quality of work completed. We will definitely recommend them to others.
