Our door was serviced on 8/5/21. After 3 emails to Mr Walden and Mr Cain and 1 message left for them with Customer Service to discuss a few issues, I have had no response. That is not what I would call acceptable customer service.

Scott was extremely cooperative as he stopped by after visiting a neighbor to assess our garage door and the need to replace the spring and roller mechanism. He was thorough in his inspection and estimate and offered a variety of options for replacing other items for the door. We have an appointment to complete the work on Monday, August 16, 2021. Should we require any other work on our garage door or replacement of it, we will not hesitate to contact Precision Garage Door. Thank you again for your excellent customer service! We found Precision Garage Door to be a very good company to work with. The gentleman who came to inspect our opener which was not working properly was very knowledgeable and explained all of our options to us. We chose to have a new opener installed. Kevin was our installer. We found him to be very courteous and efficient. Both men arrived on time and acted in a professional manner. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

My garage door would not open and it was Friday afternoon. I called a garage door company and they said they could help on Wednesday. I wouldn't have my vehicle until Wednesday. So, I called Precision and they said they could come out Saturday morning. Scott came out, gave an assessment, Chris came and installed the door. They were professional, timely and did great work! This is the best garage door company in our area by far!!!

Very professional and prompt. Called about noon for a checkup on a garage door that wouldn't work. Tech was here by 3:15 and said that a complete replacement was needed and that they could get it fixed that afternoon. A 2nd tech came to help within 15 min and they had the whole job done by 6pm. I would use them again if there were any other problems.

Impressed with Precision experience through process. Informative initial call and a convenient scheduled appointment for a free estimate with option to hire. Immediate appointment confirmation, with an appointment reminder email and text. Most impressive was a text right before the appointment with a photo of the technician (Scott Mathew) along with a brief bio. Plus a phone call from him. Unfortunately lack of funds prevented me from hiring Scott /Precision, but he helped me adjust my garage door panel so it would stay shut with mechanism, and gave option suggestions. Honesty is a valuable commodity. I highly recommend Precision Door, and Scott is an asset to their company.

I just wanted to write a review of Scott Mayhew my service technician. It was a pleasure working with Scott. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. I thought my knowledge of garage doors was somewhat sufficient, but Scott showed me some things that I really needed to know. He helped me make a good decision on what to have installed and showed me what did not need to changed out. My experience was terrific, and the price was about what I expected. Scott came to my house explained to me what I needed to have them install new garage door openers. My house is 35 years old the doors needed new springs I don't have any opener, was having a hard time opening one. He was so professional and patient. Long story short they will be installing the openers for me today. I can't believe. Thanks so much. It has been painless so far.

Scott explained problems,gave us options and did a thorough examination . Kevin showed up shortly and did everything that was needed. Upon completion he explained all that he did, what was replaced. On short notice with a garage door that couldn't be opened, I am happy with the service and professionalism that I received. Money well spent when you know your getting quality service.

Scott came, took pictures and explained about springs replace with 1 yr warranty. A special promo with replacing other parts (pulley, cable, end Bea r ing plates, drums, etc) with 7 yr warranty. Chris repaired it all and went over everything when finished. Scott and Chris very nice, respectful and friendly. All done quickly. I called night before and had an appointment the next morning. Very pleased with everything

you put in a new motor, door openers, panel etc about 3 yrs. ago & i felt it needed a safety ck. Scott was very nice & did a great job going over everything & solving the problem. it was a safety ck & not exactly a repair. i will call your company again when i need more work done. i recommended your company last yr to my neighbor Mitzi Betts a few houses up the street & she hired you when she had to have work done on her garage door.

First and foremost >> very pleased! 21 yr. old door, center spring bracket started pulling out of the wall. Having been a home inspector I knew not to mess with it. Garage door springs can be very dangerous. I called Precision, they scheduled me for the next day. The inspector came right on time. He identified a couple problems and recommended a door tune up. I agreed with him and within the hour their technician arrived. Scott went right to work, gave me a few tips on proper maintenance and we were up and running like new the same day! My recommendation would be, get your door serviced before you have problems and have Precision do it! I think you will be pleased.

Mason came last Sunday afternoon never tried to make any adjustments only said we needed new motors on our screen and door. I told him the screen was new less than a month old. He gave me an estimate of 2619. I told him to go ahead because I thought he knew what he was doing. On Monday my wife wanted to know from the workman why they had new motors for the screen and the door. She then called the screen installer and your firm. The end result talking to your firm was a price of 1100 for work completed. After nearly 4 hours the workmen had my door and screen working again. I feel I was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge about the door and was lied to concerning the screen. I am not happy with your company and will pass that along to neighbors and friends.

John, it's unfortunate after everything we did to rectify this situation you still posted a negative review. We actually only charge $800 for the work we did, and we had over 12-man hours on the job. Mason advised against replacing the new motor, but the understanding was you would like the motor replaced to keep the warranty with us. After your wife disagreed with this decision, we decided to only do 1/2 of the original work you wanted. This is why the original quote form $2619 dropped to $1100. We thought you and your wife were happy with the outcome. Once I received the negative review, I called you back and offered you 100% of your money back.

Scott arrived as scheduled and provided a thorough overview of the repairs needed for my door, provided several options, while completely explaining each of them.
