He diagnosed the problem and provided several options to repair the door/opener. Quickly performed the repairs and scheduled a return visit to replace parts in the opener that would save me from replacing the entire unit. 5-star service.

I called at 9am to make an appointment and Mike arrived at 11:15. Very professional and polite. Did a great job of explaining my options. I needed a new opener installed and rollers replaced. He was able to do it right then. Was complete in less than 2 hours. I will definitely recommend and use them again. Mike did an amazing job. The person who took my call was awesome too and I had a follow up call shortly after Mike left to make sure I was completely satisfied. Awesome company.

I called Tuesday afternoon because my door was not closing, the opener would open but not close. Precision scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday morning between 8&12. Thomas arrived at 8:05 am. He was very professional and friendly and had the problem corrected by 9:30. Thomas was very thorough and provided multiple estimates.

He explained all of the possible options I had since it was a new motor installation. He did the work quickly and reviewed operating instructions. The company is amazing, as was the tech that came out to our house. I called Precision Garage Door as my next door neighbor used them to replace their garage door opener and they were very satisfied with this company. This morning, when I went to open the garage door, it would not go up. I called Precision and I had Mike, their technician, at my door in less than 2 hours. What great customer service, as my car was a prisoner in my garage. Mike checked out the situation and gave us a very detailed description of what needed to be done. The estimate was very fair, so we had him do the repairs. We also had him replace the motor with a larger, and quieter, one. By the end of the job, we had a very nice working garage door. Before leaving, Mike took the time to go over the workings of the new programmable wall opener and the outside opener. This company is very professional and very fair with their pricing.

Mr. Tyler Ming came very promptly when we called Precision Garage Door Service, we had a spring problem but also knew the garage door had not been maintained and with age needed service, he gave us multiple quotes of different repairs and two with warranties, with no pressure, also explained what was necessary to fix the problem, could repair immediately this evening, time frame required to solve the problem, he did it!!! One of the torsion springs on our very old 16x7 garage door broke. We called Precision around 9am on a Tuesday morning and by 9:20 Joel called and said he was on the way, he arrived by 10:00. After Joel's in depth inspection of our garage door system he confirmed our suspicions that we should consider replacing the whole thing. He went over all our options and pricing and needless to say we have a new door and operator (opener) on the way! In the mean time he replaced the two torsion springs to get the old door working again until the new one arrives. Joel is very knowledgeable and an excellent technician. we look forward to working with him again when the new door is installed. Thank you !
