Joel and Solomon did a great job. They told me what needed to be done now and what could wait and the costs of each option. The result was the problems I had been dealing with for a long time are all fixed and they cleaned up when they were finished. I couldn’t be happier.

We had JC from Precision Garage Door install our new garage door opener, and he was fantastic! He took the time to thoroughly explain the bill, our options, and helped us decide on the best setup for our home. The installation was quick, professional, and everything works perfectly. JC was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend both JC and Precision Garage Door for their excellent service!

We were totally impressed with the service that we received from Precision Doors. After our garage door stopped working we received service the next morning. Joel & Dakota inspected our garage doors and explained fully what needed to be done to repair them. Our garage doors now work great and we are thankful for the good work they provided.

I called for an estimate and I asked if they can come out today. They came to my house with in 30 min gave me an estimate. The estimate was not in my budget. The technician made some phone calls and was able to bring the price down to where I was able to afford. The job was done with in a couple hours and my garage door works great. The technician was very friendly and went an extra mile to help us out. Best service I have received. Thank you Precision!

Great service. The 2 installers went above and beyond my expectations. Couldn’t be happier with my new storm-ready garage door.

Michelle Phillips

Our Tech was prompt, friendly, and professional. He knew his product line. He had all needed supplies to replace our old worn out garage door system with him. He was able to replace the system on the spot with no waiting which was awesome. We highly recommend this company.

The 2 service workers were polite and professional. Garage works great now. Expensive, $2,861.00. Yes, I approved every suggested part. However, I recommend that service workers return any moved heavy items to its original place in the garage. I’m in my 70s and find it hard to move heavy things. I will say I probably distracted them with my questions and believe the staff would have put the items back in their place without distractions. Again, the staff was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I like the 5 yr warranty. Dr. LBJ

We had door openers that were from the stone age and beginning to act up. Contacted Precision and they were here the next day ready to go to work. By the end of the day we had 4 brand new, updated openers completely installed and operational. Fast, professional and personable...cannot beat it.

We had an emergency service call and repair of a broken garage door spring. We needed several parts replaced including both springs and all rollers. We were able to get an appointment right away and resolve the problem within hours on the same day! Ulises Castillo was so knowledgeable and pleasant! He fixed the garage door, and provided excellent customer service! Top notch quality service!!!

Douglas Abbott

These guys are quick. They show up on time, are fully, and I mean fully, equipped, to get you up and running. In my case, I needed 2 springs. They had both. There were some other issues I needed to keep in mind and address some time in the future, but had I wanted to do those repairs at the same time, they also had the parts and time to do it. Solid company. Highly recommend. Thank you Precision for your help!

Joel showed up in the early part of the four hour arrival window we were given, which was great. He did a very thorough inspection of my two garage doors, found numerous parts that needed to be replaced and, fortunately, had them on his truck. When he was done, Both of our doors worked very smoothly and made very little noise. This is not our first experience with this company or the technician, Joel, And we have been very pleased with their service.
