My problem was not repaired, however, the service man did perform service I had not anticipated. The replacement of the door spring did seem to help with the ease of opening the door. However, the parts needed were not carried by the Precision Door service man so my initial problem has not been fixed. The service man did show me how to replace my door sensors if that is the problem and if I wanted to get the parts myself. I would have thought that since they did not have my parts to repair the door they could have purchased the parts and returned without service charge to actually correct the problem.

Rob Wiggens came by this am to fix my blown spring. He was able to be here about 40 minutes after my call and did an A+ job. Smart, personable and a fast worker. He left me a couple of estimates on replacement hardware as my current openers are pretty old and you'll get a preference from me when I get the project sorted out due to his performance. He's a credit to your company.

It was a pleasure to deal with a reputable company. The techs showed up quickly and were very professional. They could have easily uncharged me for a new railing, however, they suggested a cheaper repair that worked great. I will definitely use them in the future.

We were thrilled with Rob's professional and prompt service. We called on a Saturday morning about a broken garage door and received an analysis and Repair on the same day within hours. Rob did a thorough inspection of the garage door and the motor and found that the spring was broken and was also the wrong size. He was able to install new Springs on both sides of the door that were the correct size and gave us a very fair price. We highly recommend this company!

I want to comment on the tech you had come out to my house for the estimate I initially called for. Eric was great. He was very knowledgeable and really impressed me with everything he discussed with me about my garage door situation. I am shopping for information and for the way he treated me and presented himself you should be very happy you have someone like Eric working on your behalf. I am not ready to make a purchase, but you can be confident I will call your company when I am. (As long as Eric does my install.)

I selected Precision because the advertising indicated that you have a large inventory. Scott Mayhew did an excellent job of assessing the damage which had been done to the garage door. I decided that I would rather have a new door and opener, and he carefully explained all the options. I agreed to purchase the new system. Scott fixed the existing door (which was cocked at an angle in the tracks) so that it was all the way down and can not be opened from the outside.

Scott was great! Excellent tech. Even though one door was in need of repair, he did a diagnostic on the other door to make sure it was in good operating condition and found issues. We knew that the door didn't sound right ever since we bought the house. He explained everything he needed to do and why he was going to change out specific parts. I would indeed recommend this company to family and friends.

I called and was given a 2 hour time frame for service technician to come and give me estimate and Scott was here within the hour. My experience with Precision Door has been a pleasure from start to finish. They were available to come to my home the day after I called, they installed a new garage door opener and did an overhaul on the parts that came with my old opener. When the installation was done, my garage door went from Clang, Bang to a whisper. What a difference! Our technician explained everything, answering all my questions and didn't leave until I fully understood how to operate my new door. Thank you Precision Door Service for a job well done. (BTW, this is the second time we have used this company. The last time was at our old house. The garage door worked as well after 12 years as it did the day Precision installed it!)

My garage door opener died. I looked online for service providers. After contacting a few, I decided on Precision. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt; I actually had service the same day I called! Tom Scott "ROCKS". He arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem, which went beyond my "dead" operator. I am quite pleased with Precision and would definitely recommend this company.
