HAD SEEN YOUR TV COMMERCIALS AND USED YOUR WEBSITE TO SET UP A REPAIR FOR MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER WHOSE BELT WAS SHREDDED. SITE WAS VERY EASY TO USE PICK A SERVICE PICK A DATE AND TIME CLICK AND YOUR GOOD TO GO. TECH ARRIVED IN THE 4 HOUR WINDOW THE SAME DAY AS PROMISED. BELT WAS REPLACED BUT DEBRIS HAD FALLEN INTO MOTOR AND SHORTED IT OUT SO THE OPENER HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE TECH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD ME UP AND RUNNING IN QUICKLY.

Review for Precision Garage Door I have a customized, high-end garage door system where the door and screen share the same track. The garage door itself retails for over $8,000. Recently, my door became stuck mid-way and came off the track. Precision Garage Door responded quickly, but the technician seemed overwhelmed and admitted that his boss might not even let him work on my system. He ended up FaceTiming with his boss to figure out how to proceed. In the end, they charged me $350 just to get my car out of the garage—without actually repairing the door. Instead, they provided me with a written estimate of over $3,000 to remove the screen door, replace springs and cables, and fix the door. I declined and had the door properly repaired elsewhere for only $225. Not only was their service call price excessive, but the inflated repair quote was outrageous. In my opinion, this kind of practice borders on taking advantage of seniors and should be investigated as such. I would not recommend Precision Garage Door—be cautious of their pricing and always get a second opinion.

Had the rubber seal on the bottom of my Garage door replaced. Same day service. Repair was done in just a few minutes. Great job. I thought the price was too much but wanted the job done and did not feel like shopping around. Won't do that again.

Joel and Solomon from Precision Garage Doors installed a new garage door opener, remotes, and required system components for me yesterday. I appreciated how I was informed and shown components that required replacement, before any work was done. Both Joel and Solomon worked several hours getting everything installed and checking their work, something some other companies do not do. My new door opener and remotes are working wonderfully. The motor on this unit is much quieter than my previous garage door opener. Thanks to both Joel and Solomon for explaining and showing me what needed replaced and why. Your good job and customer commitment were appreciated.

Ulysses, the tech, came same day, and accommodated my personal schedule glitch. He quickly determined the problem and provided estimate for additional replacement parts for my 40 year old garage. Fixing the initial problem gave me a working garage door within a couple of hours. Throughout, Ulysses was efficient and very professional. I will be contacting this company next week to complete the rehab of my antique garage door.

Yes, I was greeted with a very nice man Jack D. He was able to determine a faulty travel wire due to bad motor and dead backup battery on my LiftMaster 98022. Was advised to contact LM and see if they can send me a new unit or possible upgraded unit. Also JD was able to manual open door due to release cord being jammed inside motor unit. Again JD was very helpful ,courteous and kind. Will definitely call PGDS when new motor comes in. Thankyou Scott Benner

Beau arrived on time. Was dressed vey professionaly and dressed in a uniform with logo and name. He was very patient while I explained the issue with my door. After hearing my explaination he decided that he door sensors were the issue and replaced them. The door began to work properly and all was well until the next day when the door would not close after being left open for a while. I called and reported the issue. They scheduled Beau for a return visit the very next day. After troubleshooting the issue he discovered that the logic board may have failed. They no longer manufacture this board as the unit is vey old, sooo the unit needed replacement. I was very happy that the cost of the repair the day before was credited back to the replacement invoice. I was very impressed that all the parts needed were on his service truck and another appointment would not be needed. Beau and his assistant completed the replacement in record time and explained how the door operated before leaving. The garage was cleaned thoroughly and looked as if they had never been there! I highly reccomend this company for any garage door repair or replacement.
