I had an issue with my garage door, called Precision and they were able to send a technician the same day. Beau arrived on time and proceeded to inspect my garage door and was able to determine the issue and offer solutions. At every step of the way he was professional - Explaining everything and answering my questions. He was able to replace the spring coils and will be back in a couple weeks to install and new overhead system. I called the office and scheduled my next appointment, asking that they assign the job to Beau because he was thorough and a wonderful representative of Precision Garage Door!

I called Monday to have our garage door serviced (keypad was malfunctioning) and a technician arrived Tuesday morning to service it. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. Additionally, he gave a thorough check of all components of the door - the opener, the door itself, the bearings, springs, etc. and made some recommendations. We are very pleased with this company, the technician, the service and the quality of work completed. We will definitely recommend them to others.

Beau came out to look at our garage door that wouldn't close. He called me when he was about 20 minutes away, which I really appreciated because when you have a 4 hour window, you just never know! He immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Our garage door is original to the home and needs to be replaced, so we decided to stick with Precision for the replace as well just because we were so pleased with everything. Pleasant young man answering initial call was very helpful and great customer service. Made an appointment for next day between 8:00 and noon. Next day, received call from Tyler before 8:00 saying they were on their way. Beau and Tyler arrived very timely, and inspected my garage door, and ailing opener. Made recommendations, pricing, and warranty info. Thinking they would have to return later to install the selected new unit, was totalled amazed when they said it would be installed right then! These two fabulous young gentlemen were extremely cordial, knowledgeable, efficient, and tolerant of my questions.???? I honestly must say, these two were a refreshing surprise that is rare to find these days. They are certainly a credit to the folks who raised them, and positively great representatives of Precision Door. Should I need service in the future these two are my choice technicians! ????
