Our garage door broke while my husband was leaving for work at 6 am on a Sunday and left my car trapped in our garage and me unable to get to work. Precision Garage Door came up on my Internet search as 24/7 and emergency repair. I was thrilled to speak to a real person who confirmed a technician would be available later that morning. Beau arrived early and was amazing! I was worried out door was going to end up non-functional based on its appearance, but Beau got our door back in working order in no time! Super reasonable rates for our Sunday repair and the estimate for new parts and installation was very reasonable as well.

It was very easy to schedule a free estimate of repairs. The scheduler was friendly and professional. Very professional team from the front desk on the phone call to the tech (Beau) that came out and worked on my garage door. I'm a perfectionist and wanted everything on my door to be right. Our garage door was acting weird. Sometimes the door would not close other times it would open on it's own! I called Precision and they said they would send a man right out. He arrived in about 45 minutes and was very nice and knowledgeable. After he did a 25 point inspection it was obvious that we needed a lot of work. We bought the house 15 years ago and there was a lot of wear and tear. 2 1/2 hours later our door was fixed. New springs, new motor, door adjustments, etc. Thank you Beau and Mike for a great job.
